Vera Wang Embrace Eau de Toilette Fragrance for Women Periwinkle and Iris, 30 ml

I first bought the body mist in this scent (Embrace, Iris & Periwinkle) and loved it so much that I wanted the perfume version. It’s exactly the same fragrance but a little more elevated and longer-lasting. The best way I can describe it is like a cashmere hug — soft, elegant, and comforting. It’s not heavy and not too light, just the perfect balance. I wear it to the office, out on dates, and day to day, and it always feels appropriate. My partner really likes it as well. It lasts around six to eight hours on me, which is impressive for something under £10. The bottle is very simple and small, but I actually prefer that because it fits in any handbag, so I can carry it everywhere. Overall, this is a beautiful, versatile fragrance that feels far more expensive than it is. I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

Firstly the advert says 3ml, it's 30ml folks. The EDT is not particularly floral but very sugary and at first I didnt like it. However in a couple of minutes it dries down to a creamy benzoin. This is very like Prada Candy, not a dupe but similar and greater longevity. Longevity is different on different skins but on my dry skin you get around 2 hours which for such an inexpensive scent is pretty good. I now really like it especially for the summer nights. Presentation is simple, clean and pretty nice and the bottle is handbag friendly.

Lasts the whole day. Fragrance is lovely.

Absolutely perfect! I was in search of fragrances with violet notes and stumbled on to this gem, I am in love. This is signature scent worthy for me I have been in my comfort Era of fragrances and this is unbelievably comforting. It does start out a bit heavy on the bergamot but then settles down into a soft comforting baby powder like fragrance, but softer than baby powder. Like other reviews I have read this really does smell like a hug feels. The bottle is smaller than what I would like but worth every penny. It last me till the next day until I shower again. Great longevity on me. It's very non-offensive and a safe blind buy if you love soft powery fragrances like I do. It's not granny powdery at all. Just cozy and clean. I am in love. Bought two bottles and will be back for more!
