Excellent product
Really pleased with this hob, just a plug in 13a plug, really easy to install. Looks great and easy to clean. Very clever, it knows if the pan isn't right to use on a induction hob. Reduces the heat automatically and keeps things bubbling nicely. Also has a child lock. Would recommend this product.

Very good unit it dos plug in 13amp but with limitations you can not have all the plates on at onece they will just reduce power to others for instance we have spuds up hiigh to bring to boil thats fine up at no 9 then if you then put the peas on same you wont get past say no 4 or it will start to reduce the power to the spuds .. hope this makes sense we like it it is very smart you also have to remember to lift and place your pans any sliding around will scratch the glass colouring

Excellent Purchase
Really pleased with the Candy induction hob - easy to install, runs from a 13 amp socket, and is very fast heating all sizes of pans. It works really well even with all 4 hobs being used at once - it decides which one needs the heat most and tranfers from one hob to the other efficiently without ever exceeding the 3Kw maximum load - an intelligent hob! My wife is a happy woman - and when she's happy, we're all happy!

Candy hob
Easy to fit on 13 amp plug however be aware that cannot have all four hobs on at full power so may be a problem at times

Indution Hob
I'm pleased with my new hob, it has a 13 amp plug so I could just plug it in and not have an electrician wire it into the mains. It's responsive and very easy to clean.

If you like to cook donโt choose this
No use if you cook as you can only have one ring on high at any time. The maximum power I can get is 12 points and high is 9. I have spoken to Candy and they say it is a safety feature to stop the hob overheating. What use is a 4 ring hob where you can only have 1 ring on high, 1 on low or all four on 3, (which is simmer)? In practice you have to choose what pan will go on first and stagger cooking. If you only heat soup or boil eggs, itโs great!

I do like the Candy induction hob but it has two major ...
I do like the Candy induction hob but it has two major faults that outweigh the advantages. The worst is that although each ring has a power range of 0 - 9, they cannot all be used on full at the same time. It has a power total of 12 between all the rings. So if one is on 6 and another on 3, the third can only go up to 3 and the fourth cannot be used at all. You could have all on 3 (3 x 4 = 12) or any other variation but the total is always 12 or lower. It is a major handicap and had I known this I would definitely not have bought this hob. I asked my sister who is a recently retired chef of her experience of induction hobs and she assures me that all the induction hobs she has used did not have this disadvantage and all rings could be used up to their power limit at the same time. I have looked in the operating manual and there it states that this a feature of this hob. You are not told this when you buy it. The other fault is the fact that the operating buttons are on the top and close to the rings. If a pan touches the controls it turns the whole thing off. Any full size frying pan on the front with a big saucepan on the ring behind will turn it off so you have think about where you put your different size pans. Other than these faults I love induction cooking, it is quick, energy efficient, easy to clean and very smart looking. However I am moving soon and will be leaving the 3 month old Candy hob behind because of the power level fault - I can not live with it - and will have to save up for a better one.
