I’m very happpy with this leather of leash. The copper connector is very high quality that has a strong spring holding it closed. Take leather is very nice, soft (for being just out of the box) and I’m sure will only get softer with use. I appreciate the braided ends, holding a the copper connector and forming the leash handle.From past experience with leather leashes that use both stitches and rivets, the braiding that’s replaced those stitches and rivets, is much better. Stitches and rivets have always eventually come loose with use. I expect to get many years of use from this high quality leather leash. This is a premium leather leash in every way, at an affordable price.

Strong, soft and well made. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is I wish the was a ring at handle to attach clip when hanging up on hook other than that it is perfect. Love it. Great craftsmanship
