Same Room Gaming
I play video games in the same room next to my wife on two consoles/tvs (e.g. Gears 5). We want our own audio but to be able to talk to each other because we're on the same couch. Open back over ear headphones work great, and now so do these!Update, they're kind of uncomfortable =(

Reliable connection and comfort
Way to many hoops to jump through to be able to use them. You have to download app, build a profile ,etc. Then you can’t share them they only connect with one devise . It’s just to much hassle

Very tiny and portable earbuds which may fall out of ears while eating.
I've been using these for almost a year now and initially my experience was decent. Lots of customizability within the app, but a little aggressive with the app's side offerings and popups (360 ear map, "connect your music streaming") that it got annoying just to get into the app to do small tweaks. The buds/case are very tiny, probably the smallest you can get from a leading brand. But after using it for some time I started to notice some oddities about it.The first is that the shape simply isn't proactive about wanting to stay in your ear. You're basically supposed to wedge it behind your tragus by it being supported by your concha. But if I move move my jaw, it may cause my conchas to flex, thereby slowly ejecting them out of my ears. So if when I happen to start eating while these are in my ears, I frown a bit, knowing I have to "chew differently."The second is the small hole in each bud's speaker: It tends to invite and isolate higher, harsher frequencies. While standing on the platform adjacent to station-entering subway trains, the noise doesn't bother my ears, but with these buds in, they do! Sounds such as an incoming train wooshing with air and all that turns into harsh sounds that hurts. So I bought these tiny rubber plugs offered on amazon to plug the holes. The ambient listening is a bit harder but not impossible, but now train noise is bearable .The third is the incessant firmware updates they push. I think the last one has started to make my left earbud drain on its own. I've since reset them because its possible the developers didn't test their firmware with certain configurations, but with a more default profile it may work properly, which seems to be case atm for the buds are both charged now.Either way, I was a big fan of these when they came out, for they don't plug your ears like all the others and allow you to hear the world of sounds around you. But the reality is they easily fall out.. Ambient noises are harsher, and now possibly charging issues. (I will update). Which is why I cannot recommend them to the casual buyer. I did buy them "renewed" and I found them to be clean.
