The 21st wedding anniversary theme--the modern theme since there isn't any traditional theme--is brass. I gave this turtle to my wife as one of her anniversary presents to place alongside her Bonsai tree and lucky bamboo. I like this little guy. It's the perfect size that I was looking for, it's not super-shiny so it'll blend in nicely with the potted flora, and it's cute. It'll make a great addition to her indoor plants. The one area where the turtle is lacking, however--and this is a subjective opinion, so YMMV--is the detail in the head. The shell looks great, the feet look pretty good, the tail is fine... but the head isn't right (the facial features). It's not horrible by any means, but compared to the rest of the turtle it looks like the craftsman got a little impatient. Regardless, I still like this turtle and, more importantly, my wife went nuts over it when she opened the present!
