Actually very bright.
I did not think 50 watts could be this bright. I would recommend using on a barn and not a patio. The light is actually very bright. I am on 2.5 acres and it the only light in my back yard and it very bright. Attached to barn and it light the front and about 75 feet out. The color I got was 4000 which is the best as it not too blue and not too yellow. Very happy with purchase and will probably purchase another one for the other side of the yard. FYI the dusk to dawn works as expected, too.Recommendation to vendor: I would create one of these light in a 25 watt model. For a lot of people who do not have big back yards the light will be too bright.

At first I really loved this light and seemed durable. After a few windy days its not hanging on by the wires and I have to replace it.
