Too soon for me to say if this is working for me since I just put it on. I'm hoping the fact that my thighs are burning is a good sign. I did get them days earlier than I was told. Plus the size small doesn't cover my stomach as others are mentioning. Just sits on my hips. If they did cover my stomach they wouldn't fit just under my knees as they do now. I barely fit into them anyway but that's just the inspiration I need to lose the 20lbs I've gained. Thankfully they're not too tight once I squeezed into them. The real test will be when I wear them while exercising in addition to going thru everyday life. Looking for an item like this that covers from the entire stomach to below the knees in order to get the entire workout effect.

Well, I don't think I've gotten any slimmer using these pants, but that probably has more to do with my addiction to chocolate than this product. I believe this product works the way it's intended. I wear them while I do some brisk walking and am a sweaty mess afterwards. If I stayed away from the sweets maybe these pants would live up to their name. However, they are a bit cumbersome to wear out in public and are very itchy.

this pants does the job as far as sweating ,I use it for working out at the gym. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because since its high waist, I exptected the middle part where my belly is at, should be a little tighter, but instead, the middle part is a little loose. I think it should be tighter since its a compression pants, otherwise, it good for exercising......

I am 5'5' and 125 lbs I bought an X-Small because with time they stretch. Fits a little tight at first but after a few wears fit perfect, they mold to your body. The small was too big. I wear them all the time. I get a great work out in them, and come home drenched. So I know they are helping me burn off some fat. They do eventually fray. Mine are pretty beat up already but for the price i will buy another pair once these fall apart, almost there.

I ordered this a couple of days ago and received it today... I wore it to the Gym and Wowee it felt like the best workout ever. Some of these reviews are on point... one person mentioned you really feel the effect of it when you take them off an Yes you do! - For me it was True to Size - I wear a 0-2 and got the small and it was perfect ... They did not smell at all, nor did they make any noise while wearing them -- I highly recommend these and I also ordered the top ... Thank you!
