NEEWER Metal Phone Tripod Mount Adapter with Arca QR Base, Cold Shoe

brilliant. it has a nice firm grip and is working well

A real quality piece of kit! Made of a lightweight but robust metal alloy that's easily adjustable for a range of mobiles. I use mine for videoing Youtube and Instagram clips mounted on a standard 35mm camera tripod. Simple to twist/turn and rotate, then lock firmly into position - it holds my iphone securely. Brilliant - totally recommended. Worth paying a bit more for....

honestly this is a great little phone mount. holds my phone perfectly, locks in place, and gives me a fidget toy as well love it

I do like the quality of the phone grip (nice and soft to open with a separate tension lock - it doesn't feel like it will damage your phone at all). And I do like the Arca compatibility. But the rotary lock is not very strong (you can still move the phone when it is locked, and it doesn't click precisely to an exact horizontal or vertical). Not a huge problem but could be better (some of my cheaper plastic mounts are more precise). Biggest disappointment is the thumbscrew that controls the up/down angle. It's hard to reach, and even if you can tighten it fully, it doesn't grip very hard. So if you add a light to the cold shoe, the mount will slowly pivot down because it can't cope with the weight.

Very well made tripod mount adapter for a mobile phone.

Very handy for steady video recording with iPhone.

Great item

The Neewer SP-02 is near to perfection in my opinion. Since taking iphoneography seriously about 10 years ago I have used various mounts for low light and long exposures etc. All of those mounts had major failings, especially lack of rigidity. The Neewer mount is a breath of fresh air. It attaches to the tripod/monopod by means of an Arca-Swiss bracket, the serious photographer's choice. It is metal and so there is no wobble as with the plastic mounts. It swivels in a flash between portrait and landscape formats. It is surprisingly compact. Keep the sturdy box it comes in and reinforce it with suitable tape. I use my phone on a monopod + ball head much of the time and use it as my primary camera. The monopod makes me slow down and check my compositions for mistakes. It unclips quickly for hand holding. Well done Neewer.

ottimo prodotto

Excepcional, puedes tener tu movil seguro, Todo aluminio y calidad

Me sorprendió la calidad del material y funcionalidad, es muy resistente, fácil de ajustar y muy estable. Se ajusta a cualquier tripié y celular 📱 Da mucha confianza usarlo. Vale cada peso invertido 💰

Too many knobs for adjistment. I have this tripod mount and the one from their main competitor (starts with "U"). The U version has just about the same range of motion and adjustments while using just one knob. The U version also has a more solid feel to the part that holds the phone. This clamp is way over engineered. The one upside is it can actually be balanced to him the phone without a tripod.
