Very effective - as long as you aren't allergic.
I'm giving this 5 stars because it worked exactly as advertised and worked amazingly for my digestive issues when nothing else did. HOWEVER, I am apparently one of the few that have a "rare" allergy to the yeast that actually makes it work and have had an itchy rash on my legs for weeks. :( It worked so well that I actually weighed the pros and cons between being able to eat anything and itchy legs forever Lol I'm currently 4 days out from my last dose and the itchiness is finally subsiding. So if you break out in an itchy rash anywhere while taking these, just beware you might also have an allergy to the main ingredient.

Expensive but your system will thank you.
I've been taking this for four years now, after a very scary hospitalization with C. difficile. While prepping for my discharge, I was researching what I could do to prevent it from happening again. This product came up multiple times after reading articles, Reddit posts, and word of mouth. Four years later, I have not had the infection again and this helps me with my digestive system, which has always been challenging for me It's not cheap; it's very pricey. However, I think my system is worth it and I have had an active Subscribe & Save for two years now. That's how much this product means to me and my health.

Expensive but worth it
Recommended by my GI for life long functional diarrhea - sorry tmi, but I mean really, you’re reading reviews for a gut health probiotic. Started it June 21, only had one bout since starting it and it’s been almost one month. I have never had a probiotic do that for me!!

S/B is highly regarded as a yeast probiotic.
Surpriingly, Saccaromyces Boulardi has not been a "mission accomplished". However, the health challenge has been there for a long time and S/B comes highly recommended.
