ROSSIE HOME Wood Bed Tray – Natural Bamboo, Fits 17.3” Laptops

One daughter has the cherry wood, one has the white. Everyone in the house wants one now! One we have had for a few months, the other for a year, and they have stood up to my not so gentle crew--unlike other wooden or plastic ones. The ridge in the back holds a phone or tablet or pencils, and the lip prevents things from rolling or sliding off. If using for drawing or writing extensively and you fear the lip will be uncomfortable to rest on, just buy some adhesive foam or pipe insulation from the home improvement store or buy a wrist rest used for keyboards. I would like this to be a couple inches higher, but beyond that I have no complaints. I'm going to connect three of them: cut off one side edge and corresponding legs of two of them on either end of the three, and both side edges of the middle one (leaving legs intact), connecting them beneath using little flat braces that cost under a dollar apiece at the home improvement store. The middle one's legs will give adequate support along with the two outer legs, yet this will fold neatly to slide beneath the long sofa in order to pullout for playdough, kinetic sand, small puzzles, coloring, legos, toy cars, Jenga, and other things for our youngest (as well as for the restbof us!) to have room to spread out or simply room to share. I was going to make a little table, but wood is expensive and heavy, while hardware for hinged legs is also expensive, so this is actually more convenient and quite economical xompared to making myself from scratch. For another family, probably just cutting the edge and corresponding legs off of one, then the edge off of another (but keeping legs in tact) then connecting them would be more convenient, and this would slide beneath a love seat.

I absolutely love this tray! I really struggled after reading reviews on TONS of trays. Reviews were all over the place. I am very happy that I settled on this one. It is very well made. Heavy duty but not heavy or cumbersome. Color is very nice and did not have issues with it rubbing off when cleaned. There were no rough edges or splintered wood. I have been using it several times a day after breaking my leg. No issues at all. Legs stay up but are also easily closed and opened. It's a nice size. Has room for dinner plate, cup, napkin and there is still plenty of room. I also use it to work on laptop while off of my feet. The lip on the edge prevents dishes from sliding off but is also comfortable when using laptop. Price was reasonable and order arrived quickly. (2 days) Was well wrapped & protected in box. If you're looking for a tray, I would recommend this one 100%.

I originally purchased this because I like to work while sitting on my bed, so I needed something that brought my laptop to a comfortable height. It turned out to be a lucky purchase, because the week it arrived, I came down with COVID and was hardly able to get out of bed for a week. I used this desk CONSTANTLY--to help me sit up and eat more comfortably, to keep my water and medicine accessible since I sleep on a floor futon, to raise my laptop so I could see the screen and watch shows while lying down, etc. It really does everything I need it to. I was a bit worried it would be made out of poor-quality wood or particle board or something, but it seems to be solid wood and it certainly smells like natural wood, which is absolutely delightful. The color is lovely too. It was definitely worth the price, because I'm going to be using it for a long time!

I bought this for my husband and he loves it . It’s nice and big , and has the folding , adjustable legs which is perfect. It has a nice smooth wood finish and is light weight . The surface is very smooth . He uses it for watching TV in his recliner . It has a slot for tv remote and his phone . . Well worth the money and delivered on time :) . Perfect ! So happy we have Amazon lol :)

I bought this tray to use after my knee surgery as sitting at the table to eat was going to be difficult. This tray was perfect for eating on the couch or sitting up in bed. It is very well made and can hold quite a bit of stuff on it. My husband loved that there are handles on the sides, which made carrying it up and down the stairs so much easier. We could easily fit two dinner plates on the tray, with room for silverware. With just one dinner plate on there, I could fit a small notebook and a cup on the tray. I also used it for my laptop and was able to fit my laptop and smaller notebook on the tray together. The height of the tray worked great for me, too. It fit well over my legs, even if I had a normal size pillow propping my knees up. Overall, this is a great product and I recommend it for anyone who cannot sit and eat at the dinner table, who needs to work somewhere else besides and desk/table, or for anyone who just wants a lap tray to work on.

Purchased in preparation for a surgery that will leave me bedridden for quite some time. In terms of looks, it is really cute and matches the color of the wood furniture I have. It feels really sturdy, no wobbles or any seams that look iffy at all - I'll update the review if anything changes. No weird smells or anything from the package. I can fit my laptop on very comfortably with a mouse pad and mouse, a mug of tea, and some pens. There is also a lovely little ledge to prop up a phone or a book while working. I wish I had this for my late night study sessions in college. and there is enough lift that there is space for me to crisscross my legs while using it, that being said I am a fairly skinny person, so I don't think you would be able to be comfortable using this if you've got big thighs. The legs do flare out at the bottom a bit so even if your thighs are wider than the tray, you've got about +4 inches of leg space. Edit - over 1 year after i first bought this it has held up. I had it holding planters for about 10 months and it definitely got water on it. Still looks great and has held up well.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this table, and I’m just as happy with it as the first time. Based on my previous experience, it’s incredibly helpful—especially during recovery from surgery—and it’s very spacious. I just opened it today and I’m already so pleased with it. Highly recommend!

Got this for mother's Day. Love it. Has a great little groove at the top for holding an iPad to read/watch while eating breakfast in bed. Sturdy legs and handles. Perfect if convalescing.
