Hi, it fits 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL JLU 4-door Models.

Can this be used as a garage storage by hanging the handles from a hook?

I don't know about hanging them with the handle. We have ours in the bag laying onto of our hardtop.

Will this fit both panels from a 22' gladiator?

Best thing to do is add the Gladiator to your garage on Amazon and then it should show what will work for it 90% of the time.. you could also check the dimensions. I’m surprised it didn’t come with the rig 😜
