Delighted!
I have a pocket sized talking book player with a very obscure DC port. I thought I was going to have to purchase a brand-new player after being unable to locate a supplier in this country who could provide a compatible mains charger. I decided to cut my losses and give this one a try. The smallest of the DC tips supplied was compatible and my player charges up quicker than it did with the original charger provided by the manufacturer.

Poor product for powering analogue audio equipment!
This product was disapointing in that I required it for powering an early Walkman tape player which I'm using for a digital transfer project. The adapter correctly powers the Walkman, but unfortunatley creates an audio buzz which renders the recorded transfer unusable. Otherwise It's OK for non audio applications.

Does what it should - so far!
I was worried about fitting the poles the right way round until I saw the fixing! I once had one where the polarity depended on which way round you plugged the adapters in!

Waste of money
After 6 months of use this unit has failed. As far as I can see there is no facility to contact the supplier for a replacement, so it has gone in the bin.
