Tastes great. Sometimes I will add some lemon juice or a packet of flavored drink mix to make it even yummier. It does have a pretty mild flavor. I drink it every day to build my immunity.

The flavor is the best of any greens and reds I've tried and I don't get as many hard bits that settle in the bottom. I also find that I have fewer stomach issues and that my immune system is stronger. I drink a glass every morning, sometimes mixing in creatine and glutamine and it still tastes great. I call it my "swamp juice" and I won't start my day without it.

The list of ingredients is quite impressive and I am especially glad that it contains probiotics and mushrooms as well as super greens. It keeps my gut happy and it also keeps me feeling energetic throughout the day. Very satisfied.

*BUYER BEWARE* Wow I did not pay close enough attention to the reviews when I bought this. As quite a few other people mentioned, the warning label indicates this product contains lead and may cause cancer or birth defects.

It felt a bit sandy for me.

The taste is not great, but not offensive either. I mix with juice and fruit and it tastes fabulous, so it is an excellent base for a healthy smoothie.

I gave as gift. They said they liked it. It was a good price
