The jar comes sealed with an aluminium ring pull tab cap, which ensures the contents remain fresh and undamaged during delivery. I was initially expecting a thin metal foil covering, but the current sealing method is much better and hardly seen in jam/ pickle containers of any other make.Taste & Quality:The taste is absolutely delicious — the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. You can tell it's made with care, using high-quality ingredients and a hygienic process. Tastes like preservative added pickles and not home made taste.

At first, the smell might seem a bit off, but once you take a bite, it offers a burst of three flavors — the first bite is sour, followed by a spicy kick, and finally a sweet finish. It’s really good and fresh. Not overly sweet, just perfectly prepared.
