How does this compare in quantity to the products already mixed with water, How much will each bottle produce

Its excellent. This product is miles ahead of any other conditioner i have used

Is this purely for RO water or can it be used on tap water?

RO. RO water has had all the elements both desirable and undesirable removed in the RO process. The equilibrium aquarium water conditioner add all the good elements back. You could use it in tap water but it won’t remove the undesirable elements.

Does this lower general hardness levels??? as my tanks GH is too high

No, this is an additive to RO water which raises the GH to required levels, together with adding other essential minerals.

Is the dosage based on volume of water changed or on the total volume of the aquarium? If based on total aquarium volume, would GH not keep increasing

I dose based on the volume of water changed.
