These sunglasses really are a fantastic product and excellentlly made. They look superb but more importantly the fit is perfect. I have the average head size for a 5' 8" bloke. I need a quality pair of sunglasses for work as I do a fair amount of driving plus a lot of time in fields especially when it's sunny so a good fit is very important. These dont dissapoint. They're also such good quality and the wooden arms are so smooth and comfortable I almost dont want to take them off. With regards to the vision then they are doing exactly what I expect them to do and cut out so much glare from the sun. The best way to describe them is if you try to look at the sun reflecting off car a windscreen when driving it's impossible, but with these glasses the glare dissaperas completely and the sun appears as a small blueish ball. They come with a cloth pouch but a really nice touch is the wooden carrying box. Probably too big for some people to carry round but not a problem for myself. The only slight criticism which I suspect might have casued some to write a negative review is that when the glases arrived one of the lenses had slightly popped out of the frame. I popped it back in without a problem and it has happened since. Had it not gone back in I would have contacted the company but not a problem as it was rectified in a couple of seconds. Overall, great value for money.

Really nice sunglasses and stylist. I could have gone with a name brand, but wanted something more unique. They've been around the world with me several times over the years, and have help up very well and I'm not very careful with them. They eventually did break, but I can't fault GOWOOD for that. Their customer service was extremely helpful with getting a replacement pair.

Really nice glasses, I was impressed with the lens, and yes, they are polarised! The arms are quality wood and feel really good. I've had quite a few comments on how good they look. My only qualm is that when looking at my watch or phone through them, I get a weird effect of the screen that makes it hard to read. I own a different make of sunglasses that are also polarised (Goodr), and they do not have this effect, so not related to the polarisation. One other point, a lot of the reviews here comment on the thin/flimsiness of the wooden case. Not the one I received, I could easily stand on it without fear of damage. The only downsize, I have no idea what to use it for, clearly not going to carry them around in a big wooden box, but a nice idea anyway!

I love these shades. This was initially a completely random summer purchase of some cool looking "affordable" (not so pricey) sunglasses. However after taking these to a festival and around a tour of several beer gardens during the fantastic 2018 World Cup, I knew these had become a permanent feature in my summer every day carry gear. So much so to the point when towards the end of a lengthy drinking session earlier this year, when I took a stumble and carelessly misplaced these shades, I was instantly on Amazon Prime to order my replacement pair. The product comes well packaged with a lovely Bamboo storage box (which has an amazing build quality, a brilliantly unexpected, but welcomed extra) and a decent microfiber cloth pouch to carry these shades in and clean the lenses on the go. I cannot stress the quality of these glasses for the price-tag. The hinges are solid, the arms are made with a premium finished walnut wood, the lenses do the job. GoWood have a good product here. You should give them a try.

These glasses look like designer-brand level quality, and they had me fooled. They come well packaged in a nice wooden carry box with a microfiber cloth that also doubles as a protective case. The glasses are sturdy and are quite tight-fitting, but not uncomfortable by any means. They certainly won't slip off. I wouldn't want to leave them laying around as they're probably not as durable as sunglasses made from other materials - but you shouldn't really be doing that with your sunglasses anyway! The wooden box is too bulky for your pocket, better-suited for storage whilst at home. But it's a nice touch. And the glasses themselves look fantastic, they suit me to a tee. Only wish I had bought them years earlier, could have certainly turned a few heads! Can't wait to take them out for a spin. Would definitely buy again. Thanks!

I got to say this is by far the best sunglasses that I have ever bought! Initially, I wasn't sure if I should stick with the big brand or trying something different at a much lower price. It fit well with my face and I could see things so clear without being affected by the bright sunlight, its wooden hands look rather cool and feel comfortable without being too tight or too loose. It's perfect for driving as it really takes out the reflection from the windscreen of the other cars on the road. For the price that you pay for them, I would say this is a bargain and really give those big brand a run for their money! Will defo buy​ it again!

These are nice light weight sunglasses, very comfortable with the flexi springs and beautiful wooden arms. However it’s a shame that not as much detail and thought was put into the black frame/black paint that is used. I got these for my partner as a gift two months ago and they are already bubbling and ruined. It’s as though the paint can’t handle the heat/sweat... which defeats the purpose of the sunglasses. I would recommend this product if they re-evaluated the material used for the frame so that they can be better built for their purpose.

Exactly as described. Very comfortable to wear. For me, the perfect level of shading (not too dark, not too much light). They appear to be sturdily constructed and am hoping for many years of shade with these sunglasses! After looking for a Canadian owned company, I am happy to have found gowood, and at a reasonable price.

Las gafas llegaron con uno de los "adornos" caídos, lo pusimos y al mes se perdió. Ya se habia pasado el plazo de devolución así que sin contactar con el vendedor puse una mala reseña. Error por mi parte, ya que el vendedor me contactó, se disculpó y me envió unas gafas nuevas. Aveces los vendedores no hacen caso a las reclamaciones pero no es el caso. Ahora tenemos las gafas que queríamos, de calidad y bonitas

I'm a lifelong Maui Jim and Revo customer. They're all I've ever worn. But after buying a pair of Go Wood sunglasses, I feel like I'm in some exclusive club of super smart shoppers! Not only are their sunglasses good quality, a great fit, and awesome looking, they're a fraction of the price of other sunglasses! I'm bummed I didn't know about Go Wood before now. I could not recommend them more. I will never buy overpriced sunglasses ever again. Go Wood from here on out for me.
