Reasonably easy to use. Looks good when finished and should do the job of protecting the lawn edge and creating a clear boundary between the lawn and the slate chippings. Two small negative comments. I did not look how many pegs were supplied and would have liked a few more so check this and probably order more, particularly if you are using on a curve. Secondly it is wound in the wrong direction and you have to reverse the curvature, which makes it awkward to use; it would be much better if wound in the opposite direction

I'm pleased with this for keeping gravel and grass apart though the pack didn't have anywhere near enough pegs to achieve a straight edge. luckily I had some spare metal tent pegs which did the job. overall it's a nice effect and looks tidy... and it's easy to cut too!

Amazing for what I needed. I cut some curves into my grass to make it less plain looking. This flexible boarder helped make the shaping look more crisp and keeps the bark chips in place. Easy to fit. Recently cut my grass with no issues. Even used a small bit to fix one of my plastic pots that had broken at the bottom as the curve/flexibility is perfect.

Durability: This edging is tougher than my great-aunt’s roast beef. It’s survived heavy rain, rogue lawnmowers, and even a determined squirrel who thought it could dig through it. (Spoiler: it couldn’t.) Length: Each 10m length is long enough to outline your path and still have some left over for creative projects. I made a mini race track for the neighborhood ants. They’re loving it. Cons: Installation: Installing this edging requires the patience of a saint and the precision of a brain surgeon. My attempt was more like a comedy sketch. I ended up tangled in the edging more than once, looking like a garden gnome in distress. Stiffness: The edging is so sturdy, it’s like wrestling with a stubborn snake. I had to enlist the help of my dog, who thought it was the best tug-of-war toy ever. We both got a workout. Overnight Blackness: The midnight black colour is so intense, it’s practically invisible at night. I’ve tripped over it more times than I’d like to admit. On the plus side, it’s an excellent burglar deterrent. If I can’t see it, neither can they. Performance: Once installed, this edging performs like a dream. It keeps my paths neat and tidy, and the black colour adds a touch of elegance. My garden looks so good, I’ve started hosting garden parties just to show it off. The edging is sturdy and stays in place, no matter how many garden gnomes I accidentally kick over. Final Verdict: The 10m lengths of midnight black edging for paths are a game-changer for anyone looking to upgrade their garden. They’re stylish, durable, and long enough to outline your wildest landscaping dreams. Just be prepared for a bit of a wrestling match during installation and invest in some good night-time lighting. 9/10 would wrestle with garden edging again.

The black edging tape seems strong and is easy to position. The complexity of the job will depend on how straight your edging area already is and whether, like me, you discover mountains of rubble beneath your lawn. As other reviewers have noted, there are insufficient pegs so be sure to order some, I got 100 x Weed Fabric Garden Pegs 6 inches long. I had plenty to spare and could afford to lose some when I hit yet another lump of rubble and have replacement ones should they ever be needed. I am not particularly good at DIY and was able to do an adequate job on very curved untidy edges and although I am sure many could have done a better job, it certainly looks neater. Obviously I don't know how the plastic will weather, but assuming it lasts, then I would recommend the product with the proviso that there are insufficient pegs.
