The dosing per chewable tablet is 1mg which allows you to take what you need when you need it. It is perfect for kids and adults, so if your or your child struggles with falling asleep or staying asleep, this may be a great option. The tablets are easy to chew and have a pleasant fruity flavor. These aren’t chalky and haven’t caused any upset stomach or reactions from taking them. The bottle has a total of 180 tablets. The price point is on the higher end, but when compared to other US made allergy friendly products, this is well priced. Overall, this is a great option for those who struggle with falling or staying asleep and it is perfect for those with various dietary restrictions. Would recommend.

I like that these tablets are 1 mg each. I never understood why typical melatonin tablets were at around 3mg. Why take more if you don’t need to? Also, the tablets have a mild fruity taste to them but without the sugar. They use xylitol in these which is good for your teeth, is calorie free and safe for diabetics. Additionally, I think the chewable version of melatonin tablets actually are more fast acting, probably because they get metabolized faster. For me, I only needed one and it worked better than the 3mg tablets that I swallow instead of chew. You can always take more if you need to. Lastly, some people take melatonin during the day, as it has other health benefits. The dosage in these is a great way of spreading it out.

I typically take a 1mg melatonin tablet 2 hours before sleeping, but these chewable tablets work much faster than my previous ones. Within 20-30 minutes I was very ready for bed. I struggle with falling asleep (and staying asleep, lol) and these chewable tablets definitely help me fall asleep. They don't help me stay asleep, but I didn't expect them to either.I like that they're sugar free, as my family and I try not eat sugar before sleep. (And so many chewable tablets and gummies are laden with sugar.) The taste is fine. Not delicious. Not bad. Very sweet.Definitely one of the more effective melatonin chewable tablets I've had. 1mg is a good dosage for my family.

this melatonin pills have sugar in them, which causes me to wake up a few hours after sleeping. I bought them since they supposedly don't have sugar. I cannot return them, there are no returns. I could only take 2

I like to use melatonin to reestablish my sleep cycle after it has been disrupted by an emergency or other schedule disruption.It is so much better than sleeping pills because it doesn't make me groggy the day after and I don't have to keep taking it indefinitely.Once my sleep cycle is reestablished, my body will produce its own melatonin as I dial the lighting down in the house gradually through the evening, until I am down to indirect lighting from one 60 watt bulb, which I turn off when I go to bed.These tablets are about the size of a baby aspirin and are quite tasty to chew.So there's no problem getting them down the hatch.
