Great Customer Service
This ice maker is perfect for what we needed it to be - makes ice fast and the perfect size. Unfortunately, about 6 months after purchasing, there was an issue where the ice wasn't dropping into the bin. I reached out to customer support, and they have been amazing. They responded quickly to help me resolve this issue, first giving me troubleshoot instructions, and now by sending me a replacement unit.

Easy to install, ice capacity is huge! Clear ice, low noise, and works perfect for our needs

Produces sheets not cubes
Works well but must be attended to. Ice comes out in sheets, not cubes. Have to use an ice pic several times a day or it will stop making ice. I would rather have had one that produces cubes not sheets. Also went to home Depot so I could tie it in to the water system as opposed to the faucet

Waste of money
Water constantly runs, even when ice tray is full, and the compartment doesn't keep ice cold, so it melts if not immediately emptied. Wish I'd never wasted my money on this.

Easy and works
1 year review. Works good just enough ice for our family restaurant. Instructions was unclear of installing it but managed to get it altogether. After that itโs been making ice ever since.
