These cheesecloth squares are good quality, but be aware that the instructions say to boil them for 5 minutes before using. Doing so does shrink the cloths from 20 inches square to, in my case, about 17 to 18 inches square. So if you need something that requires the full 20 inches square, you will need to size up

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for good quality organic cloth to use as banneton liners and these work perfect! They are big individual sheets, my dough doesn’t stick to them, they can be reused, they are easy to clean and I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off when it comes to the price tag. I would gladly buy these again and recommend to others!
