I have suffered from dry eyes for years, working in construction dust is unavoidable even with the best safety glasses around, 3 months ago my optician said my oil ducts were blocked and recommended that I use a warm wet cloth or heat pack over my eyelids for 10 minutes, twice a day, to help loosen the oil. then to give my eyes a light fingertip massage after use.That sounds easy enough, but the cloth got cold after about a minute, so by the time I got it warm again my eyelids were cold, it just did not work, so I continued to suffer the dry eyes.I was talking about the warm eye thing with my sister, and she told me that she had a warm eye massager, I had never heard of such a thing, so she invited me over to try hers, the massager she had was the Renpho eye massager version 1.I thought it was great, and she let me borrow it for a few days, I noticed the benefits almost immediately, the controls were a bit difficult to get right, as the button is on the front of the machine, and trying to find it blind was hit and miss, there are 6 modes but I preferred two of these most, warm eye only and warm eye massage, but the button was so sensitive it was difficult to get my preferred mode easy.But I wanted one, I would get used to the button. When I went to buy it, Renpho had an updated version with a remote control which makes it far easier to select your preferred mode, I am not one for reviews, and this has turned into a book, but I have went on about it so much, half my workmates have now bought one. So I thought I should tell others about how good it is, If you suffer dry eyes, buying this machine will be the best purchase for your eyes you will ever make. I recommend it 100%, it has honestly changed my quality of life.

I've been using my Renpho Eye Massager for over a year on a regular basis, so this is a balanced review.I'll start of with the areas that could be improved... As many others have mentioned, this is not a quiet device - the massager works by inflating air into different pockets around the mask that apply pressure to the face and eye area. You get a hum of the pump as it inflates, followed by the hiss as air is purged.The other negative is the 'vibration' function - this is off by default, and I've only used it once - this is even noiser, fairly uncomortable and negates any relaxation.There are, however, many good points to this eye massager. The battery life is very good - even after a year of usage and regular charging. You get several usages between each charging session.There are a lot of functions on this model as well - the heated eye pads are effective, and set to just the right tempreture. There is also the ability to switch between the standard pressure and 'strong' pressure - this is similar to having your blood pressure taken, and at times you think it's not going to stop inflating, but I prefer this setting.There is relaxing music that is played through the mask near to the ears, or alternatively you can connect to a bluetooth device to play your own music, audiobook or podcast.So, overall I have been very impressed with this. I have used at night before sleeping, in the morning to wake up and sometimes when I've had a headache or migraine.Is it relaxing? It varies depending on you (and it seems to vary) - on occasions I've actually fallen asleep using it (although wake up when the female voice says 'Your Renpho massage is now complete'!).Other times it's not relaxing as such, but still an enjoyable experience.If you're looking for this sort of device, I would recommend the product.

Did not include remote control doesn't need one though.The instructions aren't very clear.Long press on the power button is off and on.Short press to cycle through massage modes for heat, massage, vibrate, combos.Small top button Short press cycles through tunes. I assume long pressing this button cycles through volume though all I can hear is the lady saying maximum volume. Max volume isn't loud.Lower small button long press turns music off and on. Short press for three massage pressure modes. Default is low pressure so when you first press it it will go to high pressure. Then no pressure followed by low.The button are a little tricky to master at first. They already Indented, touch activated but still need the right angle and pressure.I haven't tried out the bluetooth as I don't wish to, my headphones and speakers suffice.The massager itself is incredible the heat is just right and high pressure is strong but ssfe and not intense. The vibrations are pulses that come off and on in a small set pattern so as not to be monotonous.Despite the rooms for improvement listed above, I would definitely recommend this as an excellent massager. Charges reasonably fast and without vibration on just heat and pressure which as a gentle kneading action BTW, I get a good hours use about 4 of times timed massages.Very stylish and very comfortable to wear.

I’ve only had it for a few days and used it a couple of times but it is very good!I suffer with cluster headaches, migraines and tension headache along with eye strain/aches due to working on a computer all day and various other things.I’d recommend this as it is has seemed to help me headaches and eyes. I used it on the stronger massage setting and was a bit too strong for me but the normal one is perfect. I play relaxing music through it and after feel like I’ve had a little relaxing massage 👌🏼

This is such a lifesaver for me. I suffer with headaches daily and sometimes even medication doesn't work so I thought I'd give this a try, not really expecting much but it really helps, it's relaxing, comfortable and really does ease my headaches.

I was a bit dubious when ordering. I have tried many 'massagers', creams and potions and been let down . This item is fantastic and does exactly what it says it does.So many setting. So relaxing and the battery last forever.I highly recommend!Richard

For the money could be better. Touch buttons don't work as they should., size is not entirely right but otherwise nice and well made device.Unfirtunately afer 2 years of ocasional use the batery is no longer lasting a session, and because of the qay its made its impossible to charge it whilst using, so iff to the landfil it goes.

Ich finde es sehr gut. Zur Entspannung und bei meinen trockenen Augen ist das super. Die Musik ist nicht so der Hammer, aber alle anderen Funktionen sind sehr gut.

15 minuti dedicati a se stessi. il massaggio è gradevole il calore è piacevolissimo. ho acquistato il modello con telecomando, che però se non lo studi a menadito prima, con gli occhi tappati non ricordi come usarlo. il tasto sulla maschera touch non sempre risponde benissimo, certe volte è troppo sensibile, altre non risponde, certe volte parte da solo quando sto riponendo la maschera nella sua custodia, altre se lo sfioro per sbaglio sistemando meglio la maschera sugli occhi cambiando modalità di massaggio. nell'insieme è comunque un valido prodotto sia da regalare che da regalarsi

Excelente!!! suelo trabajar muchas horas delante una pantalla me va realmente bien el descanso ocular que me proporciona, además con los diferentes puntos de compresión y el ligero calor centralizado consigue un buen estado de desestres. Puedes sintonizar con Spotify, así que ese rato és solo mío para recuperar el bienestar y relajarme.

I have headaches everyday literally and i find this is helpful. It is a bit noisy and the music is repetitive however I find it so relaxing that i zone out while using it so i don’t even notice it after a couple minutes. I just use the first setting heat and pressure because i found the vibration mode a little weird and only made my head hurt more. I use it twice a day and i find it helps me a lot.I also had an issue with battery life but the customer service was so great i got it sorted easily.
