It gives a youthful looking on my skin, better than skin care products. I take 3 doses a day, will keep using it.

I got these because my dog was put on a hyaluronic supplement and was highly impressed with her response to it! So I did a bit of digging and decided to try these out. Well, I've been taking them 3 months now and I'm impressed by my response to them! I was taking up to 8 advil on really bad days for my knee & hip pain. I'm now down to 2-3 (I have other non skeletal pain issues) and no knee pain. I was living in my knee brace and now it lives in my drawer.

I used to like a different product. They were a good value, but they became hard to find, if not impossible. So, I did research on the internet. These capsules had the highest (200) mg per capsule of only Hyaluronic Acid. The bulk amount (240 capsules) made these a good value. This item was the best I could find. Now, I regularly get these for my dietary supplements. *Made in USA

I am 43 years old and this supplement has completely transformed my skin. All of the volume we women lose in our faces as we age has returned and I am getting compliments left and right. When I touch my face, it feels as full as it did in my twenties. I didn't have many wrinkles before but the few lines I had have softened or disappeared. I also notice my skin and my body in general feel more hydrated. I don't have any joint pain anymore and my joints are no longer making loud cracking noises that I was hearing far too often before. I take 2 a day (so 400mg). I love that the capsules aren't giant, they are easy to take. Set this up as a subscription so you never run out! For those that are interested....I also take/use the following- Saw Palmetto (to block DHT, the aging hormone), Collagen, B. Coagulins and Inulin to support my digestive tract because it plays a big role in how your skin looks and ages, and I apply a good moisturizer and a serum with Copper Peptides and Matrixyl 3000 on my face, neck/decollete, and the tops of my hands twice a day. Finally, I use a Red Light Therapy device several times a week and a Skin Micro-Needling Derma Pen like once a month. All of these things are helping my skin but the Hyaluronoic Acid is what has returned the lost volume to my face and has greatly improved skin moisture levels (to my skin and my whole body it seems).

Honestly maybe I haven't been taking it long enough but I've been talking 2/day since it arrived and haven't seen much in results. Maybe I'm just not noticing it or maybe it's too early to tell, but the app prompted me to review the pills health effectiveness, not just write a review. Skin health: no discernable difference Ease of swallow: incredibly easy Pain relief: less effective than ibuprofen or aspirin, however no side effects associated with typical pain relievers such as dehydration or constipation Hydration: this might be the only noticable difference. I CRAVE WATER. Taking this pill makes me so gods damned thirsty. Other side effects: Horniness, increased urinations, hot flashes.

Good product check out youtube video from "william Davis MD on hyaluronic acid" I never knew this was considered "in part" a fiber ..?? Really?? ...it is so amazing and a no Brainer to help keep collagen formation everywhere in the body replenishing itself. Without this continual replacement skin weakens , joints have issues and much more. So simple a supplement to replace what our ancient diets gave us from eating organ meats. If you want to keep building collagen I suggest trying this product , and plan on at least a year to really see what can happen if your skin changes and I suspect it will. Be mindful of things that can affect the skin health like liver issues, blood sugar issues , hormone and gut biome problems. So some may have to use multiple prong approaches to build skin/ collagen health back, hyaluronic acid to me is a great smart supplement to keep using daily.
