Great Start Racquet
I used to be quite proficient at tennis playing it all through junior high and high school. My father had even made an international team and taught us how to play from a rather young age. However, like most young adults I graduated from high school went to college and many of the sports I once loved and played either were replaced or put aside. I have recently started playing tennis again and wanted to get a new racquet of my own, I decided not to invest a lot of money into it as it was a matter of starting up again. I chose this one because it is a Wilson, it is a little bit big and it is cute. The color is spot on and the feel and weight of the racquet is great. I really recommend this for anyone who is new to tennis or like me is getting back into the sport.

It's not exactly the best racket
I was excited for this to come in the mail. When I opened the box, I noticed that the racket was not true to its coloring as shown, it is more of a dark teal than a baby-ish blue. I was though impressed by the head size, and larger sweet spot, so it is easier for me to return power shots. I compared it with my brother's as well as my other racket; it seems that the sides on this racket are much smaller than other rackets. The strings are of poor quality, and looks like it can be broken quite easily. In order for this racket to actually be good, you have to buy a new grip, restring the strings, and get a shock absorber.(Which totals the additional cost to about $26, more than what you pay for it) Overall this is not exactly a very great racket. EDIT: I saw the exact same one at academy for like $10 less, it looks the same, and everything. If you want this item for a more reasonable price, i suggest you go check your local Academy store.

My tennis partner loves this racket
I use it to lob tennis balls for my dog to fetch. Shot accuracy is not an issue. It's extremely light weight, so carrying it to the open space area (1 mile walk) is easy. The lightness should allow players that are not physically strong to get good racket speed. The contact with the ball is a bit jarring for my taste, but then I only hit wet, soggy, tennis balls that never saw the inside of a pressurized can.

Love it
This racquet is definitely more of a light, feminine blue color (it does look that way on my screen anyway, but I know other commenters have brought this up). For a beginner the racquet is just perfect. I'm sure more expensive ones are better but this suits my casual playing needs perfectly.

We are both casual players (not super great, but not novices)
I bought this racket a few years back as a cheap option for my husband and I (we had one already). We are both casual players (not super great, but not novices), and every time we play we barter over who gets this rack because our game is so much worse when using it.It seems to have really bad vibrations and a tiny sweet spot. I am no expert, but now that spring is around the corner, and we're out playing tennis again, I've had enough and am purchasing a new one on Amazon today.

Hmmmm
Is this a female racquet? It's electric blue with a white grip. Has a pic of some eastern European female player on the wrapping. My male buddy likes it. Took me in straight sets today.

I'm a rookie, so I dont really know quality when it comes to tennis equipment
But we have beating the crap out of these rackets for months now and they are holding up great. They dont seem to spring like they use to, but we play for exercise way more than competition. The price was right and we love using them.
