Good supplement
Been taking this for awhile. Cherries supposed to help with joint pain. Right now have bicep arm injury so need something more along with them. Take them as preventive as getting older and joint pain can show up anywhere. Taste is good.

They work for sure, I take 1 gummy about an hour before bed time and they help me fall asleep and stay asleep for a few hours. I take them to sleep, they're NOT for pain relief. You can either suck on them like hard candy or chew them, there is no swallowing them whole. NO side effects either, unless somebody is allergic to sour cherries. I have been buying them for a while now and will continue to purchase this brand until their quality goes down or the price goes up.
