I was hesitant to purchase this unit as it’s compact and a limited size design! I was surprised how strong the frame is and stable! I end up admiring this pulley system! The benefits of this home gym system are great and I am still finding finding ideas how to improve it on my work outs! The family enjoys tremendously! Is a good buy! Many options on the gym industry but I was lucky to purchase this unit and find it very useful! Thank you! I do recommend this pulley system but secure it well on the wall!! I additionally added a handle to the roller mechanism to help lift and slide the pulley assembly! I also added another handle on top of the frame to support me while using the pulley in the bottom/lowest position! Pulling for Leg strength but supporting and holding is needed because the unbalance! I need it to grab something! I added this l plate to balance me! Lubricant is a most! Constantly- use food grade- no smells! It also fits well inside a Gym Rack!

This pulley system is designed well and looks very nice as well. I took my time with the directions with assembly straight forward with the printed instructions. The screws were labeled and easy to access. Don't over tighten the pulleys and i read a comment about adding a spray lubrication on the pulleys providing a smoother movement with all weight amounts. I did Bolt the pulley system to the studs but not directly on the sheetrock. I cut 2x4s to the size of the brackets screwing down to the studs on the sheetrock first then using the supplied bolts to bolt the unit to the 2x4s. I have been using the unit for 2 weeks with no issues. I only wished the system was supplied with 3 to 4 more clamp rings because attaching the accessories to the rings on the pulleys turns the handles on the wrong direction. I have only placed a max of 100lbs so far. I currently don't see the use for the supplied bar clamps since the angled weight holders allow the weights to sit with no movements. I do worry about the screw pin that provides adjustments for the 18 positions since the part attached to the pin is plastic knob that may break in the future so be careful not to over tighten to prevent breakage. I have used the system for all upper body varies exercises. I have not determined if there is a way to incorporate lower body with the pulley system. Great product! I really like there is no fixed weight selection using your own weights makes this unit work the time and money.

Positives: I assembled this in about 2 hours by myself. The instructions are easy enough. It probably would have gone faster with help, but I didn’t have any so… here we are. Also would have been faster if I had more experience finding the studs in the wall, but that’s not the machine’s fault. Machine was packed well and the parts are partially assembled already so you just need to take the bolts out of most parts, attach and put the bolts back in. Loving the included rope, bars and pull handles. Love that it gives the option for 1” and 2” weight plates too! Negatives: The cables don’t glide well … AT ALL. You can pull the handles down and it takes A WHILE to go back to the original position for another rep. When the pulley is at the top setting, it doesn’t glide at all either for pull downs. I looked online to see if this was usual. I found there is an oil that may help with this. I feel like it would be awesome to include a small bottle of it with the bolts and screw package so an excited person like me could work out right away instead of waiting for some to come in the mail or searching for it in the store. Nonetheless, I do not regret this buy AT ALL! I’m sure once the oil is applied, it will work fine. It looks so clean and professional in my home gym. It truly completed the workouts I’ll be able to do without taking up too much floor space. Bravo and a pat on the back to whoever designed this!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Hesitant to buy at first from a brand I’ve never tried, this piece was a great addition to my home gym. Straightforward to assemble, simple to mount, and very sturdy and smooth to use. The double handle system to have two individual attachments or together, one, is a perk of this system. Also coming with multiple attachments is icing on the cake. If you’re looking for a cable machine at home and have the weight plates, get this thing. I’ve loaded it with 250+ pounds and it handled it just fine. Well worth it and would highly recommend.

For what I paid for it (pre Tariffs era), this cable machine was well worth the purchase. It isn't perfect, but I get every penny out of it. I have had about 150lb on it with no issues for me (Lat pull downs). It is versatile and reliable. Putting it together was a bear but you should expect it to be with having to figure out the cables. I did get it together first try without big issues. * The Not Great Things: Seated rows are not great from the floor, the cable does not allow enough stretch. I solve this by putting a cooler on the floor to place my feet against as a simple fix. I will figure a long term fix later. The Machine is a LITTLE bit short from the top. The highest setting is still a tiny bit low for me and I am a shorter guy (5'7"). Fairly simple fix by setting back a little. I do have to perform straight pull downs from my knees. I have seen some solve this by building a small platform for this machine. Again overall, for what I paid for it, I am super pleased. Now if had cost me $300 this would not be a 5 star review.

Extremely impressed with this machine. I’ve had the machine for nearly a year and I have been so impressed I had to write a review. The machine is well built, easy to use and the weights and cables are extremely smooth. Highly recommend!

Love this cable system. I have a smaller space so I needed something compact. This system works very well. Setup takes time, but not too difficult. (just be patient and follow the directions). I would also recommend putting a little oil or wd40 on the rails once you get it installed. it will help smooth out the feel of the machine. (some people indicated it was sticking for them...I have not experienced that). Good bang for the buck IMO.

Me (personal trainer) and my clients use this daily. It’s very well made, and assembled very quickly and easily. I don’t use the handles provided as they are tube and kinda flimsy feeling when used to solid steel. I would 100% recommend.

Wasn't to hard to put together. Some items were already assembled and some I had disassemble than reassembled to follow the instructions. My family has been using and feels solid and is easy to use. Bought new hand straps as I personal didn't like the plastic ones that came with it. Wish the foot rest could be adjusted to move away from the equipment for a better stretch when doing seated rows. Only using for 2 months now so will be interesting to see how it does over the year.

This small compact machine is great for a home gym set up. I feel like my gym is complete now. Good price point and it functions well. Needs a bit of lubricant though to help it glide better. I used a silicone lube to get the job done. Not to bad to put together either.
