Oypla 30L Catering Hot Water Boiler Dispenser Urn Tea Coffee

We've had this (the 30 litre version) for a couple of months now and it's been great. Simple to use and very reliable. Ideal for making large quantities of hot drinks at family gatherings, no more repeated boiling of the kettle. When our hot water supply failed it was brilliant to be able to use this to heat a decent quantity of water for washing etc. In everyday life it's a timesaver and I hope it is saving us money as well. It takes an hour to boil the full 30 litres but we rarely fill it to full capacity. It's easy to keep clean and looks handsome.

I purchased the Oypla Electrical 30L Catering Hot Water Boiler for a large family gathering, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. If you’re looking for a durable, easy-to-use hot water boiler for events or catering, this is an excellent choice. Here’s why: 1. Large capacity - we had 70+ guests and it was big enough to serve tea to all of them 2. Fast heating - it heated up within 10-15 mins after adding water 3. Simple to use 4. Sturdy to use 5. Keep-warm feature 6. Great value for money Minor consideration: 1. Weight 2. Electric cord length The Oypla 30L Catering Hot Water Boiler is a fantastic product that I would highly recommend to anyone who regularly hosts large events, serves tea or coffee, or needs a reliable hot water source for catering. It heats quickly, maintains temperature, and is easy to use and clean. It’s definitely made my events run smoother and more efficiently. I will be using this for years to come!

Works well large capacity

I dont usually review things, but thought id take the time on this as I have just ordered my 4th replacement for this urn. It is easy to use, quick and stress free. However, due to the area I live in being very hard watered, that is certainly having an impact on the length of life for this device. Ive had several failures in the last 3/4 years. 2 of those were from leaks... either the seams of the urn just start leaking (usually when the device is switched off)... or similarly, the nozzle does the same (and ive come down a few times to the contents of the urn being on the kitchen floor and not in the urn). The most recent failure... the lights were on... but nothing was heating. I know there are considerations to make when it comes to the type of water in the area... and sometimes things just break. I just wanted to call out the issues in case others have found the same. I am sure if you filtered everything before putting in the urn, it would improve matters.. but then you have to prefilter everything which takes an age. So a good product that is a lifesaver more than once a day... until it just decides to not work.

Used this daily 5 yrs now 30 liters and zero problems . Good company

Just the right size for purpose, the handle is very secure and very useful to carry in a safe way. It’s a good investment for households and convenient for making a large batch of a hot drink.

Quality boiler. Does the job. Fast delivery and affordable.

Shambolic customer service, replacement has not been sent as they say they haven't got the origional. I have just been reading other reviews and now understand why. Spoke to one woman yesterday who said she needed me to e-mail over screen shot of return label and credit card statement. Did that - got an automated response back. Called again today got some jobsworth who did everything to avoid helping and moved the goal posts on what was promised. been an amazon customer for 9 years and never had service like this. No resolution, just told it's amazons problem, contact them. Lovely people at Oypla. Honestly guys, pay a couple of pounds more and buy from someone else, these guys are rotten to the core if something goes wrong with their product. And if you read the other reviews it normally will and you'll see the same issues being left by customers. Ordered this for my employees at work. Great product and heats up pretty fast. Only problem on my one is the thermostat is faulty. When it gets to boiling point, about 75% of the time it did not shut off and kept bubbling away causing it to spit water and steam everywhere. Sending back for replacement.

Utmärkt! Fungerar som den skall, inget negativt att säga. Mycket bra för pengarna
