Very sticky and easy to use
With the tape exposed this is really easy to manipulate around pipework joints. It seems sturdy at the same time which is reassuring. Seals well with a bit of effort.

It really really sticks
I had a leak in the gutter. It really sticks on contact, so getting it in position without it sticking to everything was tricky. I stuck it inside the gutter as a type of liner application principle. I also had holes in my plastic roof to the shed, which I also fixed with it. All seems okay, with regards to fixing the leaks. This was only a recent job I did in early March 2024, so I am looking forward to see how long it lasts over the next year or so. I can monitor the shed application easily , so I will know in a year if it is a good as I rated it as.

Super Super Sticky
This stuff sticks like you know what, especially if you warm the area that has to be applied, its clear so can see through it, you dont get much on the roll - and the downgrading of stars is for this sole reason - it states you get 5ft, and that is true, you do get 5ft, but not all of the 5ft is clear, i have had to purchase 4 rolls of this because the last 11" inches on every roll is not clear, its not see through like the other 49" inches, (opaque) so if you want 5ft of clear super sticky repair tape then this is not for you because you only get just over 4ft

Sticks like the proverbial.
Used this tape on a white ogee gutter joint.Due to the peculiar shape I had to repair I found it was best to apply to both the inside and outside of the gutter joint. I used a non-adhesive tape to make up templates and cut the adhesive tape from that.I used a Stanley knife on a metal slatted garden table. This way there was no damage to the table etc.I started to peel off the tape, adhered the sticky side to the gutter and as I pressed it down I slowly peeled of the remainder as I went.Worked first time and was instantly waterproof again. The tape is clear according to the advert but in truth there is a very slight, very light blue hue to it. Not noticable unless you know where it is and take a close look.An added advantage to using this tape is having fingernails. Without them I can imagine it being quite difficult and awkward.

Patched garden shed roof felt
I used this stuff to patch a tear in the felt on our garden shed. I placed two strips along the length of the shed and then went over the top laying it across. This used the entire roll. The adhesion was very good and the tape comes with a film protecting the sticky side so it can be rolled out and cut to length easily. I'm in the west of Scotland, so nothing is ever really dry - I stuck this down at lunchtime on a two day stretch without rain and it went down well. It rained the next day, and it looks like it's doing the job. If it lifts or fails in the next month or so, I'll edit this post, but so far so good for this type of repair.

Rubbish and only approx. 3ft 6" long
We had a few small "splits" in our roofing felt inside of the attic and a couple of places where the felt had come away from the piece it previously overlapped and was causing draughts. I didn't use a heat gun but the attic wasn't cold and I heated the tape (the sticky side of course) and felt with a hair dryer before immediately putting the tape on the required areas. Initially it stuck like "Muck to a blanket" and seemed impressive but 1) I estimated I'd need circa. 4ft and there was only about 3' 6" of tape and within 4 hours it started to come unstuck around the edges and by the next day it was literally hanging off. I managed to re-heat it and put superglue gel around the edges which managed to hold it in some places but not others. A complete waste of time and money and I should've stuck to using black duct tape from £1land with spots of superglue gel around the edges which I'd done before (but was messy). If I could give less than 1 star I would.

effective but quite expensive
It works with the roof of my shed. But one role of that cannot even cover the joint of the felts of my small shed. It is very effective but quite expensive.
