Pros- I have tried other inositols like tracnil sachets, goodbug sachets, carbamide forte gummies and ovacare chewable tablets but none of them made any difference whereas this dr su one made difference just within few days. I hadn't gotten my period for a few months and after taking this for just a few days I think 5-6 I got my period. There was no pain in the initial 2 days as well unlike usual because of this. And I my periods most of the time don't stop on their own I'd need to take birth control pills to stop them but taking this my periods naturally stopped after 5 days. This is a gem ladies, this stuff definitely works. I don't need pills anymore because of this.Cons - The taste and texture... Tracnil,goodbug sachets pretty much tasted like glucose, so I guess inositol tastes like that... But as this one has ayurvedic ingredients like shatavari, shatavari's taste is very prominent and makes this taste really weird sweet-bittery, almost makes me puke but I mix it with pineapple squash and it tastes tolerable after that. Texture is like herbal root powder+muddy and it's a bit hard to mix with water unlike the other inositols which resemble glucose in texture as well. But I still recommend this over everything else considering this is the one which actually worked instead of those. Price could be reduced as well to make it more accessible to women in need. I hope the brand works on its taste and price point atleast without altering it's effectiveness.
