Hi, the instruction leaflet states a red light will show when charging and will revert to green when charged. Where is this light?

When you plug in the USB cable if you look at the front of it you will see the little light which as the leaflet states is red which changes to green when charges

Does it have an amber flashing warning ?

This torch does not have amber flashing light, just a very bright light and a slightly dimmed light, would recommend to anyone.

How can i recharge my torch it has'nt been charged for more than 3 months

It comes with a charging lead. The 'pin' plugs into the torch and the usb plug fits into your power supply. You need to buy a 4.2 volt charger with an output of at least .5 amps, preferably 1A. This will cost between say £8 and £20. It looks like a 13A plug but has a power supply/charger built in. Don't get 5v output - you need 4.2v. The higher the power (amps) the faster it will charge. 0.5A will take quite a long time, say 15 to 20 hours at a guess. Or you can get the same thing but with a lead and a round 'pin' type plug that will fit the torch. A power supply of 4.2v will have the right size of 'pin' plug.
