Keeps me comfortable so far
Due to a medical condition I'm suffering with heat intolerance. If the temp in my home gets too high I get very ill. In New England we get crazy weather temps and recently (April) we went from 30s and 40s to 50s, 60s, and 70s (then back to 39s abd 40s). Yesterday it hit 80. Because my townhouse condo has lousy insulation and does not have dual zone thermostat, my living room can be comfortable but my bedroom unbearable.I decided to try a cooling throw so I didn't commit to a larger blanket that may not work. I love this throw and I've only had it a few hours. I actually got chilly in my living room and I brought it to bed to test it out. When I went to bed it was 55 degrees outside and my bedroom was 68 degrees. Windows open too. The temp outside is now 50 and bedroom it 65 which is at the limit before I get seriously ill. This throw is keeping me cool so that I do not have a headache, I'm not having muscle cramps, not dizzy, etc. I wish I had this last night when it was too hot and I had to turn on my AC to cool things down quick (but I didn't leave on so it got warm again).I'll be getting a larger blanket for my bed.

As advertised
I have a medical issue that causes some pretty good night sweats and was getting really tired of waking up soaked. I've tried lighter blankets but to no success. With the reasonable price on this, I thought I'd give it a try and so far, really really nice. It's two layers of a sort of jersey feeling and very soft sheet like material so I assume the airspace in between them helps with circulation. Very soft and most importantly somehow cool even after it's been on me a while. Highly recommend.

I think the size is for kids
It is soft and cool but the size is small and kind of expensive

Does exactly what you need it to do
I LOVE this blanket! It does exactly what it needs to do - not too heavy but also has enough weight to it to where you feel “covered” enough. The fabric is like magic it always feel cold to the touch

Breathable material
Most of the blankets in the house are really for cold weather and big suprise, we're not purchased by myself. In these summer months, using a sheet and comforter can still be too hot, especially without a fan or ac. This breezcape cooling blanket caught my attention on sale so i got it. I've been using it since March24. And these are my thoughts. The first time I used it, you can feel it is much thinner than average blankets. Even just glancing at it. I think it's the thinnest blanket I've ever used. The weight is much less as well. Easy to carry compared to big puffy fleeces. The material reminds me of athletic wear, breathable. Not quite a mesh in my opinion, but airy. The listing says rayon and bamboo. I can say it is much more suited for hot weather of course. I dont sweat as much overnight using it.I have tried using it on its own, and paired with a sheet, and comforter. For the heat wave we recently been having this summer, I typically have a fan on or the window open at night. This breescape actually did get chilly over night and i had to either close a widow or turn the fan off. I usually sleep with just underwear and tank top during the heat. If i was in full pajamas, I'd have slept fine with the fresh air and blanket combo. So did it really cool? It did for me.It washes fine, and I let it airdry. I use a drying rack, since i don't airdry outdoors on a line. It can take a day or too, depending how warm the house gets, and also because the rack I dry with barely fits it and breescape must be folded and hung just right to not fall off.If theres any cons, I'd say they should offer this blanket in more colors, like black. Grey is okay, but bland.
