I liked the product for it's quality, freshness, benefits and flavor, as well as the texture.

The calcium in this product is calcium carbonate which is known to cause bloating, gas and stomach pain, and it caused all of this, into the trash it went. There are far better products available.

The bottle came sealed and the gummies seem fresh and are a good texture, easy to chew.The flavour of these is really good, like berries. The ingredient line up is great, it even has sea moss and elderberry which are supposed to be great for you. They've helped with muscle cramps really well after taking them for a few days.I believe there's a typo on the bottle that should definitely be fixed, unless it's meant to say "support muscle tealth"It's great that these are plant based for those of us who don't consume animals.

I like this supplement because it actually benefits my digestive system by keeping a smooth and comfortable schedule from the magnesium glycinate. The calcium benefits are more hidden but my bones appreciate it. Being gummies they're more fun and taste better than any of the tablet or capsule types I've used in the past. 5 stars for me. I was not sure about the flavor at first.Then I got used to it and find I do like it.Like that these are some easy to chew gummies.Don't stick to teeth or take forever to consume from having to chew forever like some others.
