What a workhorse machine. Love the simplicity
I have several sewing machines … a Viking . A Bernina and a Singer. I like to crazy quilt and make other creative things. This Juki is heavy solid and FAST. No fancy stitches but what a workhorse . I read many reviews on different sewing machines and decided to add a Juki to my stable. Price was great. Easy setup and simple , consistent stitching . Love it

Great machine!!!!
I liked this machine so much, that I bought my daughter one. While there are a few annoying things, I can honestly say this is the best machine I have ever had. It is great for quilting, and I love that it is heavy, doesn't move around. There is one problem with her machine, however, the needle threader doesn't work. After looking at it, it is easy to see the hook misses the needle hole. I did all the trouble shooting trying to get it to work, and it wouldn't. Mine works well. I have contacted Juki about sending another needle threader part, to see if it is just a defective part. I would highly recommend this machine for anyone interested in free motion quilting. It is a powerhouse.

Great Sewing Machine
I am new to quilting and after many machine reviews I decided on the Juki. Great decision. Machine is fast, however it has a speed setting which is great. Not sure how I made it without the auto thread cutter or the pressure foot lifter! Great features! I was not sure when I bought this about it only being a straight stitch, however it is the main stitch I use. Anything else I can do on the Singer. Machine is very quite and well built. Heavy enough that it does not slide around like my Singer does. Very happy with the purchase. Only con is the different pressure feet need to be bought separately to fit Juki. A little pricey. As I said I new to this and so far have not determined if after market will work.

There are some downfalls to this machine but the quality of it makes up for that
I needed a new machine and after seeing so many Youtubers and professional crafters rave about this machine. I sew almost everyday so I sprang for it. It's quite pricey but I think this will probably be my last machine due to the quality. I should mention I had a babylock Joy prior. I was intimidated to use it to be honest. I read the entire user manual, then watched two Youtube videos and felt comfortable sitting down with it. After using it for over a week now, here are some of my observations, there are quite a few negatives but they were more annoyances that I will adjust to but thought others might like to know. - You can't see the bobbin like another reviewer mentions - You have to oil it everyday that you use it. It comes with a small bottle of oil and it's messy. This is something you will have to have buy in the future if you sew a lot. -You can't switch feet with ease. I used to be able to pop off my feet and use different ones constantly, now you have to unscrew the feet and they're hard to get on and off. They are not compatible with basic machines. My teflon foot for example is useless unless I use it on my Joy. -Threading the machine takes longer. On my Joy I could thread the machine in about 2 seconds, now there are so many more contraptions to put it through, it takes longer. I will probably change out my thread colors less now because of this. I have my Joy set up still and use the colors on it while I use basic white with the Juki. For now. -I was surprised that I already broke a needle. I never broke one before and I was going slow over a zipper. That was a shocker. -The bonus pack: not sure what that is. It comes with 3 feet (regular, zipper, walking), oil, needles, tools and 8 bobbins. Just the basics. All this is worth it though, it's a great machine and I understand the hype over it. The thread cutter is worth it's weight, no more wasting thread. It's my favorite feature. I can use a thread cone on it, finally, always wanted to use these. It's very quiet, I read a reviewer said it was loud, it's not and maybe she's not oiling it daily. It's powerful and steady. Now when I use my Joy, I can see the difference in quality. I almost returned it due to all the above complaints but decided that I just needed to get used to it and I have. Great machine.

This machine is a workhorse! It is sturdy and does the job!
So far, I love this Juki sewing machine. I used to have a less expensive sewing machine with lots of bells and whistles, but this one, is a straight forward, hard working machine. I do find it hard to use the automatic threader option and learning how to wind the bobbin has been tricky too, but I have only done it once or twice, so I am sure there is a learning curve. I have watched videos which help, but still it is a work in progress. Once threaded, this machine is far and away superior to every other machine I have used. It sounds smooth and its parts are sturdy and legit! I adore the thread cutter and assume it will save me lots of thread in the long run. I do miss having a zig sag stitch, but I knew that going in. So far, other than being a bit tricky to set up, once done, it is a dream.

I love this machine and I am a beginner
I am teaching myself how to quilt by watching YouTube videos. The late Melanie Ham has been an inspiration to me. I purchased a different machine right before this one. It had thousands of reviews on Amazon and was computerized. I am not saying it was not good but I could not get it to feed my quilt thru. It wasn't like I was quilting a huge quilt to start either. I chose this Juki based on videos and recommendation by Melanie Ham on her website. I have zero regrets. It has performed great. I love this machine. I am not a seamstress by any stretch of the imagination. I have to Google and YouTube just about anything related to a quilting step. But I have been able to figure this machine out. There is a very helpful video by Millie P's Quilt Shop titled The Juki Sewing Machine. She provides a lot of information on this machine. I have watched it many times. The machine I referenced earlier is a very nice machine and I kept it. Maybe I will figure out how to get it to quilt someday. But until then my Juki is my favorite purchase of late. If I have to say one thing I don't like about it I would have to say the automatic needle threader. I just can't figure it out. Lol. Oh well. This machine is heavy and it reminds me of something that my grandmother would have had. Not that it looks like an antique, just well made and built to last.

One great home machine!
The Juki TL-2010Q is a great sewing machine and a must have for anyone looking to hem or repair their own clothing at home. I’ve done everything from sewing plushies to hemming denim pants that my other computerized sewing machine struggled with. This machine came with additional specialty feet - including one that I thought was crazy looking until learning it’s for sewing slippery fabric (hello minky fabric!), an extension table and dust cover. The machine itself is very sturdy, and is easily repairable at home if needed. The body construction is magnetic - which allows for the use of seam guides that attach with magnets (my other machine is a plastic body and seam guides do not work with it.). This machine also has suction cup type feet that are very strong and keeps the machine from “walking” across the table when sewing at high speeds.

Love It!
My first Juki, also a TL-2010Q, died on me after about ten years of heavy use. I think I should have oiled it more often -it got so I couldn't raise the feed dogs. I'm an experienced quilter and I've never found a machine I like better than this model. It's relatively compact but I am able to get relatively large quilts under its harp. A friend of mine bought a "reconditioned" one and has had nothing but trouble. Be warned, if you ever have to send it in to Juki for service, it has to be in the original shipping boxes, so be sure to save them, but they are very large.

Makes me look good as a sewist...
I have had both industrial machines and domestic. This is without doubt one of the best sewing machines I have ever used. It is quick, stitches evenly and makes me look good as a sewist. Can't go wrong buying this machine.

Love love love my new machine!!,
The title says it all. It’s a quiet fast sewing machine. A great workhorse. The seller was easy to work with when I had to deal with an issue that I didn’t know what to do. They were polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend buying one from this seller. They had it at a great price point and even had it on sale for a lower price. If you are looking for a good price for a juki this is the place to go.

Best sewing machine ever!!!
I debated forever on purchasing this machine. I am so glad I took the plung! I was so excited when it arrived almost a week sooner than expected! I took no time at all setting it up. I actually found the automatic threader easy to use. I used it to complete a project I had started. It is super quiet, very fast, and the stitch quality is second to none! Don't know why it took me so long to decide to purchase it. I am extremely very happy with this machine. I highly recommend it ten fold!
