HydraPak Contour Hydration Reservoir (1.5L, 2L, 3L)

Perfect, well-thought out engineering. Fits perfectly in my Black Diamond Distance 4 vest. Magnetic strap clip works great for keeping the feed tube from flopping around while running and is easy to reattach without looking because of the strong magnet. Just be careful not to lose the clip. I last thing I’ll mention is that being able to flip it inside out for drying is really nice. Huge step up from my Camelback bladders.

I used this hydrapak reservoir for my hunting trip to Wyoming. It fit perfectly in my hunting pack. The capacity was just right for a full day of water. The bite valve doesn’t leak at all. It had an odd taste when drinking water from it initially, but that subsided after drinking one full reservoir and refilling. The reservoir seems very durable and was very easy to use in my new mystery ranch metcalf 75 pack. I also appreciate that you could lock the valve shut to prevent any leaking.

Traditional package remodeled, the new design is easier to hold and to fill, and much more convenient, however a tiny bit heavier. Very easy to wash The perfect hydration pack!

I've owned several other hydration bladders before. They're usually in the style with the big giant screw-on lid on one side near the top (see: Camelpak). It's very difficult to get those completely full of water. With this Hydrapak Contour bladder and the zip top, you can fill it completely full of water. There's no wasted space. And it's easier to fill because it's actually the top and not just the side. I'm even confident enough to fill it while it's still in my pack. Leak free. No leaking here so far. Not from the zip top, not from the hose connection, and not from the bite valve. They do say you occasionally have to lubricate the o ring for the hose connection and they do include the lubricant for them, so kudos to them for the transparency, instructions, AND the lubricant. The bite valve locks as well which is great. Sturdy. The material is very sturdy and they were thoughtful enough to add a handle to hold it steady. They also were smart enough to add places to hook the pack up inside your backpack on top of the zip lid. Phenomenal quality. Cleaning is easy. You can turn the thing inside out if you need to for goodness sakes. That ALSO makes it super easy to dry, which is not something I have been able to say about any other water bladder. Ever. I only wish they offered a dust cover for the mouth piece, because those do get dusty and dirty. The magnet clip is a bit of a gimmick, it's not really necessary.

Recently purchased the Teton Oasis 22l. Great bag but the bladder was terrible. This product is great. It fits in my Teton just fine. The material is good quality and after a wash and lemon juice treatment, the water tastes clean. The handle is a lot more useful than I would have thought. Great leverage spot for filling and cleaning. The magnetic clip is great but the hose isn't so long that I felt it necessary. Ymmv but I certainly am not complaining about it. Time will tell with durability but it feels solid and designed with intention. I've read reviews about the baffles inside minimizing water sloshing around. I remove excess air by flipping it upside down (after closing and sealing it) and sucking out the air. I can't speak to their effectiveness but they certainly aren't hurting anything. I'll continue to use some form of pack liner in my hydration pocket in case of failure but so far I feel confident that it won't fail.

Great product. Exactly what you think you’re getting. A really good example of a camel back. No leaks. Great seal. Super durable. I’ve thrown it in the pack with other items and never have had any issues with puncture or leaks. No strange water taste. No issues with this product.

One star for two reasons: 1. Leaked from top of bladder. Never sealed fully. Had bladders in the past where you could hold it upside down and it did not leak. This one leaked it I leaned over to tie my shoes 😤 2. Got a pinhole leak within five (5) months. Waste of money.

La válvula para abrir y cerrar el flujo y paso del agua (en la boquilla) se rompe. Ya llevo 3 y siempre se rompe a los 3 o 4 meses.

Works great for hiking. Kind of annoying to clean but way easier than other hydro packs I’ve owned.

Super poche que j'utilise à chaque sortie longue en montagne, parfait pour mettre dans le sac, belle contenance qui permet d'adapter la quantité selon les situations, très solide, se retourne pour le nettoyage, clip aimanté fourni super pratique. Seul bémol quand on détache le tuyau, le clips étant en bas de la poche, on a tendance à mouiller un peu le fond du sac car il y a toujours un peu d'eau qui s'échappe. De ce côté les Osprey sont un peu plus pratique, mais pour tout le reste celle ci est mieux en ce qui me concerne Malgré ce petit inconvénient elle mérite ses étoiles. Très bon rapport qualité-prix
