Cap is so small no one can use it.its a defective product being sold here because it's non returnable. Elastic is extremely tight impossible to wear

Fooling & defrauding on size
I bought set of 4 caps of 12 inch. The seller sent set that had only 1 cap of 12 inch rest all were 8 & 6 inch. We had no time to return aa I needed it for my staff so we adjusted. Quality of Cap is just about ok for price point.
