The support provided by this is amazing. Using it for a few days now and can instantly feel the comfort and support. The media could not be loaded. I had the disk bulge a month ago, since then I was having problem during long hours work on my chair.My doctor suggested me to get a lumbar support cushion and take 5 minutes rest after every couple of hours of work.This cushion has been a game-changer. It's a must-have accessory for anyone seeking improved posture while sitting.(PS: Please don't play with your spine if you have similar disk problems like me. You should get a lumbar support chair or atleast a cushion)
