Quality build. Bands have plenty of resistance. Very pleased with product.

Buy this, it’s not that expensive and all of my patients love it. And then they buy it.
I work Home Health, and most of my patients love this thing and want to buy it. So I give them the link and they buy it. It is so stupidly simple and easy. They give you about 1 million rubber bands so you can make it as hard as you want or as easy as you want with the grip. I wish I had thought of it.

Works great for building strength in my wrist.
This has worked very well in strengthening my wrist. Lighter and heavier rubber bands are exchangeable for heavier or lighter strengthening.

Worth the money.
Used after wrist surgery and it works great. Easy to assemble and has really improved my hand strength. The rubber bands do break but you can easily replace. Worth the money in my opinion.

Great for improving your grip after injury.
I saw a similar item at my therapist and liked it so I bought this one. Works great!. NIce soft handle between Your thumb and hand. The pulls are smooth at any tension level. A bonus was being able to adjust for hand size so I wouldn't have to stretch my fingers (I have small hands) too far to grasp. Assembly is easy. Highly recommend. I either lost or broke one of the small black side clips and have been unable to find a replacement for it. Anyone have an idea where to get more of these?

PLSTIC CLIPS ARE CHEAP
THE PLASTIC CLIPS THAT HOLD THE SLIDER BACK KEEP FALLING OFF AND ONE OF THEM BROKE .SHOUL INCLUDED SPARES ,OR MAKE THEM STRONGER. CAN THE SELLER SEND US SOME SPARES?
