Great tea, but needs an air tight container
Amazing tasting tea nice and smokey black tea. Pro tip. Swap all of the tea from out of the tin and into an air tight container to keep the taste strong. Or else it will go weak in a week or so.

Smoky winter perfection
Smoky, piney, nuanced, delicious. I drink this tea exclusively in the winter, and after trying a few brands, this is my favorite one. I’ve gifted 5 of these so far, and people keep asking about it.

Infused with pine scent/oil?
Been drinking Lapsang for decades and from a variety of suppliers. This brand has a really strong fresh Pine(?) odor, almost as though it's been infused with some scent/essence or essential oil. Not the dark, smoky, slightly sweet scent that I expected. I held a side-by-side with some recently purchased from a local tea shop and confirmed it's definitely different - at least to me. Other reviewers obviously enjoy it; scent and taste are very subjective after all. But it's very different from what I've had in the past. Comes in a very nice tin with a freshness seal.

Tastes great but smell might choose the consumer
I had this with milk cause that’s how I have my black teas, and I agree with other reviewers that the taste is pleasant and not bitter. However, I won’t be able to drink any more of it because the smoky smell is overpowering. The problem is that it smells exactly how Seirogan (a traditional intestinal medicine that I had the misfortune to have to take multiple times growing up) smells like. I think this is a me problem, so others might enjoy the aroma if they don’t have unpleasant associations with it 😅

Wow! Exceeded all expectations for an unknown brand on the internet! Belter!
This is Lapsang Souchong, as I learnt to expect from Twinings, back in the 1970s-80s, but they don't do this level quality anymore. Definitely definitely better than the Twinings bagged Lapsang Souchong getting sold in the US. That stuff is rank, these days. Avoid. I am not a high-end connoisseur of this type of tea, but this is orders of magnitude better than what Twinings sends to the US anymore, and considerably better than many Lapsang Souchongs--from loose leaf--that I have gotten in random cafés I've gone into over the years. I will absolutely be buying this again, happily. The size and shape of the leaf is generous, and the smoke is natural and strong, in the best ways. Opening the tin to take snaps for the review, the aroma is pure intoxicating, properly, and also, the tin lid makes a superior seal to many other tins. Love it! If you know you like Lapsang Souchong, you will not be disappointed!

A strong brew only for the initiated!
The aroma of this tea is reminiscent of English pipe tobacco, I used to smoke in college, which smelled like a oak forest burning down. The tea leaves actually look like pipe tobacco! I am glad I was able to buy this at reasonable price as fancy blends offered elsewhere for smoked tea range in excess of $20. Pleasing for occasional use, to my tastes. If your tastes are for the bold, this is for you; if your taste are for Lipton, this is not for you!

Very potent - overpowering at times
This is not for everyone. I like it. It's a very unique and very pronounced flavor. It is fresh, strong and bold. This mixes well with Black Currant Tea, with 80/20 ration. Smoke is heavy, so in pure form you need to be careful, you might hate it. I believe mixing with other flavored black teas is the idea, and it does well just that. Must try, for me it is an interesting tea with lots of ambition.

Muy buena opción
Compré este té para cocinar, como opción para ahumar y me funcionó muy bien. El té llegó en muy buena condiciones y rápido. Lo volvería a comprar.

Harney & Sons Lapsang Souchong - Absolutely wonderful!
Edited to reflect a 2nd order: Rich, smokey aroma, subtle flavour...fab on a winter's day, on a rainy day, when camping - everything that evokes something special! I put a splash of 35% cream in... perfection!

Al principio me desagradó el fuerte olor; sin embargo, lo probé y me dio una gran sorpresa. No es para cualquiera, dale una oportunidad.
