The product was delivered in its original retail packaging, and it was only sealed with tape at one end. This could potentially be a risk during transit, as it makes the box easier to open or tamper with, which may lead to missing contents or delivery disputes. Thankfully, I received the correct product, but this is something the seller should definitely look into. I trusted Amazon for this purchase, and once again, they didn’t disappoint. I even contacted Maono’s customer support to share this feedback. Their response was very professional and quick—under 24 hours. They were polite and helpful, assuring me that they’re available in case I face any issues in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this microphone if you're looking for performance, quality, and great support—all at an affordable price.

Working like a charm, i use it for online video conferences, online classes, discord gaming, the product is having high quality and my friends also told that i sound clear and crystal, i dont know for singing as i never tried of tested but for general use its such a good mic, the noise cancellation is ok, but i feel even without that it works quite good, but yes having that can help reduce background sound to quite a good extent but our voice becomes little robotic, but when turned off its working like charm, and i never used noise reduction as the basic input itself is having no noise. so overall a great product with great quality.

One of the Best Mic and the noise cancellation actually works. Note - To enable noise cancellation, hold the mic icon for 2-3 secs and once it turns blue from green, congratulations you've enabled the noise cancellation.

I’ve been using the Maono DGM-20 microphone for about a year now, and my overall experience has been decent, but not impressive. The biggest drawback is the voice clarity. The audio sounds slightly muffled and not very crisp. If you’re expecting clear, sharp vocals, this mic may disappoint. In fact, if you already own a headset with a built-in microphone, the sound quality will be very similar for people listening on the other end. In that case, there’s not much advantage in switching to this mic. That said, if you’re on a tight budget and just want a standalone microphone, this can still be an option. The RGB lighting looks good, and the noise cancellation is decent for the price. For in-game communication, it performs fairly well—you’ll sound okay and understandable, though still not very clear. When it comes to content creation, I wouldn’t recommend this microphone. Voice clarity is the most important factor for recording, and this mic falls short there. The software is very basic with limited features, which is expected at this price point, but it further reinforces that this isn’t meant for creators. Final Verdict: Good for casual gaming and basic communication if you’re on a low budget. However, for content creation or clear voice recording, it’s better to invest in a higher-end microphone.

TLDR: You will shout to sound decent. You need to touch the mic close to your mouth to sound fuller. Yes, this close. And you know what's worse? It's after a software update. In one of the updates, they bricked mine. The MAONO DGM 20 doesn't have software that works on it. Maono treats it like a budget-class mic and gave it useless software. No LED changes, nothing. Now, after 1.5 years, they released an upgrade, and it got bricked. No one is replying to emails. Stay away from this MIC, please. It is only good for looks. Don't waste money for effortless audio capture. It sounds good if you literally touch the mic with your lips. Do not buy it.

Qualidade perfeita pro preço, e tem diversas funções absurdas. Único problema foi o cabo tendi mal contato com meu celular, mas no computador está perfeito.

Se los recomiendo excelente audio pero un poco frágil su estructura
