Are these balloons biodegradable?

Here is what Qualatex (Pioneer) says: "Qualatex latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex — not plastic. Our latex balloons are biodegradable, and decompose as fast as an oak leaf in your backyard! Latex balloons come from rubber trees. Latex is collected by cutting the tree's bark, then catching the latex in a cup."

Are these balloons biodegradable?

I’m not entirely sure. I want to say no... are latex balloons ever biodegradable - I’ve never seen them 🤷🏼♀️

Since 03, I’ve used cheap big box store white helium balloons for wet fabric sculpting as white wont leech on my art. Are these worth the $$?

They are very great quality. I'm not sure or even heard of wet fabric sculpting but sounds very interesting, but for using for party decor they're the best.
