Works For Me To Amplify Signal Out In The Desert
I use this when we go out camping in the desert where there is a weak signal available. I just put everything on the dashboard of our van--antenna + receiver--since we're out in the wide open, flat desert area the antenna does not need to be up high. It either picks up the signal or it doesn't. Thus far, I've used it twice + it has enabled me to keep a steadier, more solid signal so I can stream music without constant buffering or drop-outs. I have T-Mobile and so far it works for me. I tested it in the city + it really works great there, of course. If u have at least a bar or 2 of signal, this system should help you get + maintain a more solid, stronger cell signal. I got 2 bars of 5G out in the desert which was adequate for our needs. Of course, many desert areas have NO cell signals + in those situations, this will NOT help you I would imagine. You need at least 1 flickering bar of signal for the antenna to pick up + amplify. If you can get that, this will help you get more.

MUST HAVE THIS !
If you are suffering like most for a better signal, you have to get this.I'm a almost 60 handy handicap. I was in a life altering accident 20 years ago and lost a limb and limited physically and I know that if I can, you can and should. My download speed was averaging around 7-8 and as you can see in the picture there was plenty of speed for my needs. It is super simple after mounting the Yagi antenna, I already knew the general direction to the towers around me, I live in a rural area where the only options for Internet are cellular and satellite, I don't want a satellite, I have a 90ft tower for broadcast but I don't use but on one tv. I use my hotspot on my phone to other devices and when watching something on one and a txt or call incoming will put the tv to buffering..Needless to say it gets old trying to shop on Amazon and get a snails pace there and buffering on other.. you get it, I've had this issue for a long time until now.I just unboxed everything and mounted the outside antenna kinda sorta per directions... lol I ran the cable through the porch and into the house,... you'll want to take your time unrolling it or it could be a little trouble. Trust me 😃 I connected it to the amplifier as well as the antenna, plugged power up and it immediately starts working, I did adjust the outside antenna just a bit. I then enjoyed overnight. I am so impressed with the improvement, I've got to route my cable and finish the install today, I wanted to make sure it would work for me, I've been afraid/confused about buying because of the different bands, frequencies, carriers. I then saw this one that does them all and while TV was buffering I was ordering. My biggest regret is that I didn't find this sooner, I know that it works great.

Do not buy this product!
I live in a rural area I have a nighthawk hot spot with a wide band yogi antenna near the top of a telephone pole and was getting 30 down 3 up with no booster. I noticed my hotspot has a second antenna port for a mimo x 2 setup so I figured I would get an inline booster and second antenna. I have attempted to use this unit stand alone with their external antenna up the same pole and it will not amplify a signal of any kind it did nothing for my cell phone or my hotspot it shows increased bars only because the unit is putting out a bogus signal but this is a Scam product.Buyer beware! I went back to my single un-amplified antenna no issues.

Works Great
Works great, night and day improvement with it. Closest towers are 12 miles from my location, fortunately without much obstruction, and the antenna/booster achieves a 100% fast 5G connection versus maybe a 1% chance of any connection at all without it. It also appears to be reasonably forgiving of the antenna angle as long as it is aimed in the general direction. One note that may be good to add to the user manual: After powering on the booster and depending on the phone, if it takes a long time to connect, a one-time cycling of airplane mode or rebooting the phone seems to work well.

Works well but diminishes over time!
Worked well for 2 months then two of the band lights went off.I have ordered 3 of these in the past year and only one was faulty after 2 months. The mobile signal remains powerful but the internet bands i guess are not working optimum. messages on whatsapp fail to send and be received. Before when it was new, i was getting 10mbps connection via mobile network, now, it goes on and off.

Small area of coverage
It does increase the signal. It works better with 4g than 5g. Easy to set up but the wires are still hanging. We haven't run the wiring through the outside wall. The square footage for the area of increased signal is very small. For us it's only about 10 square feet. So I suggest you get the more expensive unit. But it does actually work.

It does work
I am very pleased to say that this system does work. Although in my location, rural mountainous, lots of trees, in my area of Vermont. It took some finagling of getting the outside antenna mounted on a pole away from my house to get around a hill for a direct line of site to the tower. It would have been nice to have twice as much or more cable in my situation to get away from the house further. Although I'm not sure if that would have caused a technical issue like "dropping signal over the extended cable". Over all it did boost my signal of no or one bar in my house to 3-4 bars. I can work with that. Routine installation, which mine was not, seemed to be pretty straight forward. Durability is to be seen over time.
