My product stopped working after couple of months and after a thorough follow up with them .. they tried to repair that one but that product didn’t work again finally they replaced it without any hassle and shipped a new one.Although I got a little frustrated bt in the end the customer support did respond well . It’s a good buy

After using it for a week in extremely dry weather, in my experience its one of the best humidifier as its capacity is 5L.One can add aroma oils in the special place dedicated to it.It does increase the humidity in the room with subtle aromaAfter the tank is empty, cleaning it once a week is easy.Manual operation for on/off switch and regulating amount of mist with direction in which mist is required is a great design.Very convenient.A great buy.

DO NOT BUY...worst ever product...only look and feel was ok, but the body started MELTING...No customer support either from seller or Amazon...Waste... Crap...

Very useful product

I bought it mainly for its large tank capacity. Easy to clean components with separate essential oil compartment. It produces enough mist even at minimum setting. Even though I used only tap water and cleaned properly, it suddenly stopped working in 2 months of usage. I contacted the customer care, they directed me to send the product back at my own cost. Once they received and checked the product that its not working, they send replacement product in no time. As mentioned by few reviewers, These product really have some serious manufacturing issues. But with Good Customer service, one can invest in this product as they comes with greater value.

It's a good piece of machine.Pros: works as told and basic tool for summers and dry weathers.Cons: the vapour falls immediately near the machine itself, does not mix with room air.(requires a fan to be kept near to it) high quality water only to be used, salt water creates deposits inside the tank and machine.

I purchased the BEAR 5L Top Filling Humidifier for my office since I have a very sensitive nose and it gets very uncomfortable when the air in the room is dry. This humidifier has a large capacity and can work for up to 35 hours and very quiet. The 360° rotating nozzle and top filling bottom with a 14.7 cm opening also makes it easy to fill and clean. What's more, it has an aromatherapy tray where I can add my favourite fragrance oils for a pleasant aroma experience. Additionally, the automatic shut-off protection when the water runs low ensures that the device is protected and extends its service life.

The media could not be loaded. im happy with this.I love that it is 5 litres. Works through the night.It is extremely dry where I live at the moment, and I had severe allergy issues and the air con would dehydrate my respiratory tract and irritate it. I woke up feeling great the next day when I used it through the night. I tried a night without it and woke up with an irritated nasal passage. Tried it again, and woke up feeling great. So far so good. the quality is good too. I've only used it for a week now but I think it should work well for a long time if i take care of thee machine and make sure the nozzles don't get clogged due to calcination. Even with fragrance its quite good. But I prefer it without since I use it for health reasons. I recommend it.
