Do these bleed through paper?

A little, some colors more than others. Also depends on the thickness of your paper. I wouldn't use them or any marker or pen on double sided coloring pages.

Will these work on wood (i.e. coloring wooden crafts)?

You could probably use them, but I wouldn't recommend it. You probably wouldn't be able to get a clean line as the marker will bleed from the wood grain.

Do these markers have the color name on them?

Yes, they have the names on them.

Are all of the colors actually different? I tried an off brand and basically my 120 markers were the same 20 colors repeated but with different caps

Yes this came with 4 smaller boxes and each box had different colors in it.
