One of two were missing in parcel but resolved :)
I ordered two of these for two Sony lenses I have and one of the packets was actually empty. I called Tiffen and got straight through and spoke to a lady called Jane. She apologised and arranged to send me a replacement straight away. Brilliant service. No real inconvenience caused. I just like to have the lenses protected from needing to be cleaned etc. Big thanks to Jane for this.

not very clear picture, seems to put a slight haze on video more than photos
protects the lens but, not as clear as it could be.

Arrived dirty!
Product arrived covered in spots and dust. Unable to clean off spots. Also, worth noting that this filter was 1-2mm deeper than an equivalent Olympus filter I got to replace it, which makes a difference when stored in a tight-fitting camera bag.
