Does the compressor on the 5030 heat up when you do multiple batches back to back? (Does the churn time get longer as you do more batches?)

No it does not heat up nor does it need time to rest or cool off.   The compressor is very similar to what is in a small office refrigerator. It has a coil and a fan that blows across it to move the heat away.  This will run indefinitely without any issues.  Of course you will need to stop it, unload the frozen product, reload with fresh mix and restart.  I have had mine running for several hours continuously without any issues.  The batches all freeze just as well as the first batch.

how many volume of ice cream can be produced in a day

That is hard to answer... in a DAY.  You can make about 4 pints (2 quarts) in about 20-30 minutes depending on the temperature of the ice cream base when you pour it in (warm vs. chilled).  So, basically:"1 gallon per hour" is a reasonable amount to say you can make with it.

the machine uses coolant?

I have had this machine for at least 3 years and am not aware of any coolant,I never have done at all.I love this machine.

Question 4

Fill quantity? I know its 2Q machine, but does anyone know if their is a guideline, like just covering mixing blade or do not cover mixing blade ETC?

HI JH,I have a line of these machines for my store and never put 2 quarts of custard in them (I believe the yield once churned is 2 quarts but that doesn't mean you put 2 quarts of custard in to churn as it will expand quite a bit).  For best results you want to cover the mixing blade upto halfway up the curved portion (of the blade).  If you want to be meticulous, and similarly for best results use 4 cups of custard (1 liter) for each churn.
