Well balanced taste, not overly sweet. Melted well and didn't split in the ganache.

Easy to melt and taste good
I coloured this chocolate with oil based food colouring and poured it into a mould. Really easy to use and tasted good.

Perfect for cake pops
Not the normal one I buy, so was pleasantly surprised, with the taste. Melted easily . I used to cover cake pops and the grandchildren loved them.

In my opinion they were old stock
No stars - it was a solid block and because I was making triple chocolate brownies for a fund raiser for prostate cancer I had to use it - almost the same with the dark chocolate where some buttons were visible to quite a lot were stuck together

Lovely chocolate easy to use. My first ever go tbh. Mixed with darker blue chocolate worked perfectly and tasted lovely. Will buy it again
