Inaccurate so save your money
Inaccurate and gimmicky - save your moneyIt takes readings from other units instead of its own and there is no way to amend thisThe graph scale alters with the range of temperatures so each page can be different and it is difficult to compare themThe units would not always log onThe graph lines and numbers are very small and faint and not easy to readI used these for 12 months and although a patient person, it drove me to distraction - a complete waste of money

Barely useable with very significant limitations.
Bought 6 of these direct from Oregon about a year ago, for use around the house. One has failed (won't connect via bluetooth) since then. Batteries have all been changed recently. Original set up was fairly easy - I couldn't get the app working on my iPad 2, but it did work on iPhone 6. The user interface for the app is pretty basic - you can name and attach a photo to the individual probe, and set alarms such as when the temperature goes particularly high or low say. The presentation of data is all via graphs, and the scaling is calculated individually for each probe by the app so there is no consistency between devices, or even between days for the same probe. There does not seem to be a way to export the data from the app to analyse in a spreadsheet say. My main problem is getting the app to refresh the data quickly. I've got the individual probes set to update every 15 minutes, but there can be considerable delay in getting the results. There is no dashboard showing the most recent readings from all the probes which would be useful to me at least. Are these problems with bluetooth connectivity, the probe or the app? I don't know. The documentation is all contained in a short, paper, quick start guide. This is repeated as the user guide online. I can't find more detailed information anywhere. These system is useable but could be so much better.Updated 23/02/18 I’m reducing rating to 2 stars since the results displayed for individual probes seems to be contaminated with results from others: the Garage is (currently) between -2 and +10 Celsius. The probe shows this but every few days has an hour or more showing as around +22 C which is similar to other probes around the house. As mentioned earlier, I can’t view the raw data to try and work out what is going on.

Brilliant. Works perfectly and easy to set up. Don't know what the previous reviewer was on about. I use it with an iPhone 6+.

Total joke
An absolute joke. I thought these would be an interesting addition to my weather kit. How very wrong. Set up is a breeze, turns out the app you need to run the thing simply doesn't work on my iphone- The manufacturer was no real help apart from suggesting deleting all my bluetooth devices. It crashes immediately you set anything up.I have managed to get it to work on an ipad, except i am met with spurious readings (temperatures fluctuate wildly), a poor UI and genrally a bad experience.Total waste of money and expensive to boot. Zero stars if I could. Got them direct from Oregon scientific.
