It's great. Start with half serving and work your way up over time. This will give you the biggest caffeine rush/shakes. It will make your heart race and it will give you the workout energy you need, but be careful bc it can be overwhelming if you're not used to it. I drink a pot of coffee every morning and the caffeine doesn't effect me. A half serving of this and I feel like I just snorted a whole 8 ball of coke in one go, and feel like I could run around the world so fast it doesn't look like I moved. It gives me the shakes and sometimes it's overwhelming. Everyone's body reacts different, so just adjust to what your body needs.

First off thank you for allowing this to be purchasable with food stamps. Secondly, the taste does loosely give Miami Spring Break vibes which is very important. I also like how quickly it does work. At first I was like on a roller coaster of energy now it settles into my body. It is important to note that once you settle in with this product it Will be one that just enhances you're work outs. It's a cool product and can continue to be utilized even just for a non working out day. Great find and purchase.

It seemed to give me energy then again, it's just one day of trying it. The Miami Spring Break flavor taste like the aftertaste of alcohol which isn't too good.

I have tried almost every pre work currently on the market. While this one is not the best it is adequate. Plus side is it has 3g creatine. The Miami Spring Break flavor is not great which is why it gets 3 stars.

I really like this pre workout. I have been working out for several months already and this product really makes the difference. I have a high caffeine tolerance and even so one scoop of this is more than enough to get you going through your workout. Taste is good and at least in me it starts kicking after 15 min on an empty stomach. If you are caffeine sensitive, take it easy and titter your dose accordingly or you are definitely getting insomnia, GI discomfort and palpitations (expected with high doses). On the other hand which is pretty handy is the added creatine to the product which could allow you to stay on your Maintanance dose by only taking this product ( i honestly cant tolerate the two scoops serving due to the high caffeine dose) but besides that, I would definitely recommend.
