Will these clamps work on auto radiator hoses?

Yes, very well, with a caveat. These clamps are 3/4" wide and the radiator I wanted to use it for has less than 3/4" length from tank to barb. In this case the clamp would be rubbing on the tank and over lap the barb. If I had 7/8" to 1" flat I would have stayed with this T-bolt clamp. Instead I opted for a 1/2" wide worm gear lined clamp.

Solid pipe is 2.20 " od with digital caliper. hose to go over pipe is 2.22"id. outside of hose is 2.55. which clamp is gonna fit tight?

You should select T clamps based on Hose OD 2.55" = 64.8mm, we suggest to use 2.25" t bolt clamps with the working range at 64mm - 71 mm. thank you!

How would these work on a 2" water suction hose on my gas powered water pump? Honda WX20.

Usually 2" Water hose means its' ID size is 2", but the thickness in different standard is much different, it leads the OD is much different accordingly. Top Quality product, exactly as described!

Roadformer 3.25" T-Bolt Hose Clamp - Working Range 89mm - 97mm for 3.25" Hose ID, Stainless Steel have made a wonderful addition to the intake on my 91 Toyota land Cruiser. I am ordering enough to complete replace the clamps on the intake. Just recieved my second order of the 3" clamps. While I was only expecting improved services ability and aesthetic improvements I actually must have sealed up a small air leak as my truck runs better now! Great product!

Better than a worm gear clamp

Easy to get a tool over the nut and doesn't create a metal tail that sticks out like the worm gear type. Do pay attention to the size range fully open to fully tightened because range is less forgiving than worm gear clamps.
