I’ve been trying lots of different nootropics lately. I normally give them about 6 weeks to get a good feel for them. Works very well for me with my regular meds. Alone however I can still lose some focus when bored. My adhd is inattentive...very inattentive lol. I also suffer narcolepsy so that may play into this. But I do like this product. Came thru ina pinch when my pharmacy ran out of my typical meds😑. The price is a bit steep for me vs my regular as well.
