We have been using two of these DVD players, 5 days a week, 3 hours each day for 8 months now. Picture quality and sound are good for the price of the product. They have held up really well considering how much we use them and carry them around. The batterys were not operating as long as they should and one of the DVD lid covers broke off, I contacted customer service and they promptly sent replacememts. I really appreciate that they were easy to contact and responded quickly!

I needed this to play my exercise dvd as mine broke. I may be using it occasionally for our movie DVD’s. It’s a very good player. So happy to be able to get DVD players. We don’t all stream. We own hundreds of our favorite DVDs. It’s easy to use and the picture is good.

Previously, I gave this player a three star review on Amazon. The picture froze continually. After the review the customer service reached out to me. All the player needed was to clean the head with alcohol. Customer service was very quick to reply to my emails and understanding when I was confused. Very friendly, helpful and quick response. If only all customer service was this good. I highly recommend this company and player.

I bought this dvd player in January but we were in the process of moving so I packed it away. I just used it for the 1st time (weekend before Halloween). I fully charged it before use. The battery only lasted about 35 minutes. It works great otherwise (picture & sound) but unfortunately the only way I can use this is with the wall or car charger. Won't be able to take it on a plane to use if needed. (But it does work great otherwise) I contacted the iegeek customer service, they said it is high energy consumption that is wrong with the battery. They offered a full replacement, if I buy another one they'll refund me the full amount & didnt want my current one back. So basically a Bogo Free deal! The customer service is very kind & understanding. This dvd player really does work great & even though I went through all that I'm still satisfied with my purchase because #1 of the amazing customer service I received! And #2 I received feed back from verified buyers that they didn't have a battery problem which leads me to think that it was a fluke & I just happened to receive a defective one. Definitely a great dvd player with Amazing customer service! ☺️
